- Once inside the hotel, it is clean, and adequate. Room was clean and well maintained.
- Fair value -- hotel's nothing special, but it's fine for a short stay if your business or vacation takes you to this area of Milano.
- room was newly decorated and clean staff all speak English and easy to communicate
Cons -
- Location is horrible. Not a friendly looking neighborhood far away from any of the train stations. Limited restaurant choices in the area. Breakfast was truly a continental experience with no eggs or hot meat, or cereal choices.
- As with a lot of other inexpensive hotels in Italy, the sheets smelled faintly of sour vinegar.
- breakfast was not included as expected

Simple, but very clean and functional rooms. Elevator access for heavy luggage. Friendly front desk if not always effective in their helpfulness.
Location is not that central, but the biggest con was confusion about a breakfast charge that had to be resolved. No signage that clarified breakfast is only free with a voucher. Front desk helpfulness also varies greatly on time of the day.
Staff helped us a lot.
Location.
Location
Conditions was poor breakfast was poor Staff was not polite
Bery pleasant staff, good price, great hot water.
Friendly staff and very fast check-in
Breakfast was poor and rooms very basic
Staff is very pleasant
No AC, price-quality
The room was acceptable but definitely not a wow factor to me for the price. it is clean though.breakfast was also ok.
Elevator was for single person only and i feel its going to fall whenever i used it. the room door was not good also but dont get me wrong the staff help me fixed it but unfortunately his doing all the job that time.(Im not sure if his the owner but he is doing reception, security, and maintenance i think)
The location and it was clean
Breakfast.The colour of the rooms
Breakfast very good, good location easy to arrive city center and train station by tram, clean room
elavator a bit small, aircondition is working noisy
The bathroom was lovely - I had several hot, long showers over the few days I stayed. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the amount of space and how clean it was - great value for money. The staff were helpful - I quite liked talking to the cleaner. I also liked the reception area and the lift functioned well.
One of the lights was flickering, and my room was directly above a car wash and next to a busy train line. The noise from these was a bit annoying at night but I slept well enough. I also couldn’t open the window as it had a locked shutter over it - so it was dark at all times in the room. Not a big deal as I spent all of daytime out in the city but I would’ve liked sunlight in the morning. I opted for breakfast for 1 of my 3 mornings - I was just too tired to be up earlier the other days! I say this because it might’ve been that I caught the kitchen staff in a bad mood. I just found the breakfast lacking and that the one lady doing breakfast seemed to be in such a rush for people to finish up and leave. She seemed to be deliberately noisy around the room towards 10am. Not just banging plates around as is normal when cleaning up - when she pushed chairs in, they would bang rather loudly right next to you as you’re still waking up! Not a huge complaint as I know breakfast is still value for money but it’s the little things that make guests feel a bit more comfortable. Overall I would recommend the hotel to others - it has great connection to the city and is great particularly for those travelling from Malpensa airport.
The price is good
The location if far , the facilities not good and heating working part of the dayThe sound between rooms is high
We liked the room design and the quality and variety of the breakfast. For 6€ you could taste various things and get your stomach full. The staff was easygoing and spoke english easily. The room had a tea cettle and 2 cups/mugs with some tea and instant coffee bags which was super nice. We also appreciated the clean bathroom and toiletries left for us to use.
The room was cold even after turning the ac warmer. Also the window and balcony door/window frames let out the cold air during the night and the noise from the street. The walls are pretty thin/not as sound proof so that we could hear our neighbours occasionally.
The number didn't match the photos, when we arrived, they gave us another number, it was mold, dark little light was dirty, they showed the receptionist he didn't want to change the number, so I called a friend from Italy he talked and we changed the number, in general it was very bad.

Great beds, spacious bathroom
Hot water in shower is available after long time waiting.
Good connection with city centre and railway station. Rich breakfast. Maps and other useful information in the reception. Quiet street.
The room was old fashioned, need to be renovated.
Brekfast cost extra, heating not working how it needed to work, tv remote broken. Tourist tax not included in preise.
Clean linen.
The room was very small, we got to the exit of the stairs (room 107) where it is always noisy. Isolation is very bad, everything was heard in the next room. Beds are not comfortable, matrases are bed quality.
