Nothing at all is bad

It was a fun location and we really enjoyed it. Staff was attentive.

We were told there was a happy hour that ended at 9:00 so we hurried back to the hotel to enjoy a drink and snack. The bartender had put away all of the food early so he could get out of there early, which was to bad.

The location is excellent, full of bars and restaurants nearby. The tram and metro station very close.We got an upgrade and they gave us two connecting rooms instead of one quadruple, which was perfect!!! The staff was really nice

An update to the rooms would be nice

The hotel is located in the Navigli (canal) district, which was perfect for finding food and drinks during the evening. Check-in was smooth, for which the staff deserves all the credit. They were freidnly, preofessional, and very efficienct. The hotel offers a complimentary drink and bueffet during specific hours, so don't miss that opportunity! The facilities were clean and everything was in good working order. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so my rating doesn't include the restaurant service.

Need to ask everyday regarding free water. Not all guest has the privilege of free coupon for welcome drink. They don’t mention regarding free snacks during check in.

No complaints

Great location along a canal with many restaurants and cafes. The main area is spacious with a nice spread for breakfast (though if not included in your stay, 20 Euro is a bit steep). They also provide afternoon snacks - biscuits and juices - in the lobby as well as a welcome drink in the evening.

Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there was quite a bit of dust in my room and the floor had not been adequately cleaned.

The hotel is in a prime location for those who specifically want to stay in Navigli. Trendy hotel with lots to look at, as there are modern art pieces displayed throughout the lobby. Breakfast is available at additional cost; however, in the afternoon there is a long table of snacks and drinks free for the taking. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a beautifully blue-tiled marble bathroom. Terry bath robes are provided as well as a great walk-in shower. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

The price. Very expensive for a 4-star hotel. However, we were visiting during Fashion Week so perhaps that explained the high cost.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Milan! The parking is excellent — you can safely leave your car and easily reach the Duomo and other attractions by tram. The reception staff were cheerful, friendly, and very professional, and the bellboy was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was beautiful and spotless, and the entire hotel felt very clean and comfortable. The staff truly make you feel at home.

This 4-star hotel exceeded my expectations! Staff Alfanzo and Marco went out of their ways to book taxi and entertain us. The room was spacious with elegantly presented toiletries. The breakfast was satisfying. The location is at the vibrant life of the canal. It felt like a 5-star hotel!!!

Friendly staff . Very clean room. Bed was so comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was great.

Nice hotel doing a good job with services although the rooms a quite small.

My room had a balcony although poor lighting outside.

Wonderful. Nothing but praise. The staff were so kind; housekeeping, bartender and even the front desk. Comfortable beds and pillows, which seem to be an issue in Italy. Right off the main canal street so it was quiet but convenient. Priced right with a huge breakfast available. Very highly recommend.

No laundry service on the weekend.
