Booked a triple room and we were later told that the room we booked could not fit 3 as there was no space for an extra bed. It was super tight and my kids and I slept on one bed.

The location was dead, it’s quite a ways from where you want to be in Milan but the train station was close by!

When the room was booked, it showed that 3 people could be accommodated (1 Adult, 2 children- 16 & 10) - King room with extra large double bed. Got a msg from the hotel saying, the room would not be able to accommodate the youngest one & recommended an upgrade to the deluxe room with an extra bed @ €40/night. Which I eventually agreed.The staff were very helpful, courteous & understanding, but the printed communication on the website could have been specific or clearer.Overall, the general experience & location was amazing and we will be staying there again.

A good hotel near Milan Central Station. If you are traveling by train, it is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner.

Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. Arrived early and was able to check into our room straight away. Location was fantastic, easy to walk to things and very close to the station for trains. Beds were comfortable, facilities were great. Used the spa which you have to pay extra for. Amazing roof top bar. Staff very helpful. Loved the funky decor

Comfortable bed, tasteful room design, spacious bathroom, attentive staff, perfect location just 10 mins from Milano Centrale train station. Many restaurant options nearby.

very disapointing that they have no parking and also offer no valet parking - unusual for a 5* Hotel. We arrived at 11.00 p.m. and no support in parking
The staff is incredibly helpful and kind! Their (paid) airport shuttle service was so easy and convenient. We also got our room cleaned every night which was a nice surprise for a 4 day stay.
Location is not necessarily bustling with restaurants and stores-however, they are simply a 20 minute walk away
