Clean room and a nice breakfast. The staff is helpful and nice

This hotel is clean, ok located close to a metro station, the staff is really nice and useful, and the bed and pillow are surprisingly comfortable. The wifi is quite alright.

The thing I did not like was the price, I paid 170 euros for one night in a single room with a single bed. I understand the dates were too close to the winter Olympics, but the standard of the room and hotel was not a 170 euros a night in a single room outside the city center. If this hotel would have costed 70 euros, it would have been a 10/10, but in this prize category it does not deserve the punctuation it has in Booking, by far. Neither the size of the room, the furniture, the level of noise, the decoration are at that level. Assuming this was a winter Olympic price, then my opinion may not be relevant.

I like firm beds but this was ultra firm. The WiFi wasn’t working properly

The man who check us in he was so nice and kind.But the man at the check out he was strange and even didn’t hear us about the problem was in the room and even he try to turn the fault on us.

The heating system was not working at all we could not sleep cuz of the cold to much in the room.The showerhead was broken and the ceiling lamp you could not turn it off the bedsheet was itchy like not really clean with so many holes in it.Nothing was good except the man who checked us in.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is amazing to explore the city.

The suite was a bit too small with a tiny bathroom.

Everything was fine and within a reasonable standard. Nice hotel with a good location, reliable internet, and convenient access to the metro. The room was rather basic, simple but clean, which is what matters most. Breakfast was pleasant. A friendly lady served a good cappuccino. Overall, it was okay.

Suitable for one or two nights, nothing more. Everything was fine.

Only three hangers provided and not much storage space for two adults (room 107). Had to request a kettle and tea/coffee for the room as room 107 didn't have a tea tray. Shower in bathroom flooded the bathroom when used. Was woke each morning by the noise of other people showering and room service hoovering

The location of the hotel is perfect, and the facilities are very good. The staff are friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the breakfast could be improved. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value.

Great location, hot showers, nice staff, great little breakfast with coffee, so close to the metro.

My shower leaked a little bit but I think that happens a lot in European hotels. No worries as I had my room cleaned between days.

Perfect location, right next to the station of two major metro lines.Lovely area — Isola is full of cafés and bars, and on Saturdays there’s a huge market.The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful.I booked the accommodation last minute for a very good price, so I was absolutely satisfied — great value for money.

The shower in my room was very small — I can’t imagine how taller or bigger people could use it.The single bed was narrow, around 80 cm wide. It could easily be replaced with a 100 cm bed; there’s enough space in the room.

1. Location was great. We used direct metro line to the city center (there were also buses but we did not tried them), we walked to the main train station by foot. There was pharmacy and supermarket (PAM) nearby. Houses were small and cosy2. There was a backyard with tables3. Staff were very friendly and helpful4. Breakfast was good with different options

With limited AC needed to keep window open resulting in some street noise at times.

Very thin walls, but we slept very well and didn't spend too much time in the room.

The hotel is convenient, just opposite the Metro station. It is clean and spacious. staffs are helpful.Breakfast is good.
