The staff is very friendly and attentive. They went over and beyond to ensure we were comfortable!!

We had an issue with the reservation, but the staff helped resolve it smoothly. The room was very clean and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and late checkout.

The AC wasn't working, and they didn't want to move us to a room with a working AC. They did so in the end, but it took a lot of pushing.

It is very clean and beautiful. It is near a very big shopping mall with a very good restaurant and big supermarket fun for tourists.

Some staff was not experienced and not very helpful. It advertised with access for disability, but six steps to the reception were too much to be qualified as accessible for anyone with heavy luggages, young or old, not to mention people with crutches or wheelchair. Although the staff figured out a way to go around the steps, there was no chair or stool in the shower to sit down. When asked, the staff simply could not produce one single stool to be used. It was rather disappointing with such a beautiful setup. It really should not advitise itself for disabled accessibility.

Hotel was very clean and staff always helpful and friendly! Room service was exactly on time and I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who prefers comfort. To main attractions you can go by walk approximately 40 minutes, or use taxi or public transport which station is exactly opposite of the hotel.

Everyone in the hotel was very kind and helpful. It was clean and very nice decorated. Its location is not so close to the center but it has tram lines that you can get to the city center and the stop is just outside of the hotel. We recommend it.

Wi-Fi connection is complicated to set up, but once you reach out to the reception is sorted easy.

The hotel was spotless, brand new, and big enough for three people. The staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the breakfast and provided products in the room.

Only thing I didn't like was that they took photos of my credit card with all the information. It was big security concerns for me and I wrote about it to booking.com and I am waiting for a response.

third year coming here to attend a fair in Mico. Very close, 5-10 minutes in taxi. Super comfortable, right size, very friendly and serviceable staff. No business center but reception prints, copies and scans for you in no time and no fuss. Nice unpretentious restaurants in the neighborhood, shopping mall closeby for any needs. Excellent location to atted the fairs but a bit far from the center if that's what you are looking for. Tramway line passes right in front too.

Beautiful hotel, large room, free coffee and snacks in the lobby.Parking available for 20€, and tram to city centre across the street.

If you are going to stay here, bring earplugs.As mentioned to the clerk at checkout, we didn’t sleep well - it’s a busy road/area and it felt like the windows were made of paper…they need to invest in soundproofing.Breakfast is 20€ per person…save your money by going to one of the many nearby cafés.

comfortable beds, quiet hotel, clean amenities, and comfy couches in the front! it was easy to find, and it was located near a commercial area that helped me get necessities i forgot to buy.

it was a little further away from things than i would have liked, and the public transport options were a little limited since it wasn't central. but it wasn't really that big of a deal since i just wanted to sleep there.

The location of the hotel was really good. Close to public transportation. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was adequate and good but not very extensive in options.

Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the 24-hour reception was super convenient. It's 5 km from downtown, but the tram right in front made getting around easy. Loved the well-equipped gym. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying in the hotel. Our room was well-equipped and very calm. The hotel is on a tram line about 20 minutes from the city center. A shopping center just across the street helped a lot.
