MRHostel Milano

The staff was beyond excellent! Everyone was helpful, attentive and the room was very clean with ample room to store my things. I love the little cafe downstairs and most importantly I felt very safe for being a solo female traveler.

No! Even the little dog was a pleasant treat upon arrival and throughout my stay!!

For a couple of days in a budget it's perfect

One of the bathroom was missing the lock, or it was breaken

I dont recommend to anyone go to stay there. If you are women, make sure you are select correct room

It wasn't clean, and we also didn't feel safe in the room. Full of unreliable people!

Everything and every where is dirty, the toilet most dirstiest that I have to clean it up myself to be able to use it,shower panel all dirty and I not in well condition, leaking water from all over that they place towel around shower panel to be absorbing leakage from the shower.

That place ought to be close simple.

It was available for a last minute booking and the price considering Milan prices is genuinely affordable

There was no stair to climb the bed, it was hard to access as I had to ask for the keys 2 times and go back and forth with the luggage for the key.

The hostel was pretty nice. , the stuff are good and helpful , bed was comfortable , Location is good to downtown ,.

It wasn’t like the picture they put on website

It was super dirty you can’t imagine , all the sheets was dirty and the bed just have one sheet on top, the toilet was broken and dirty and even when I told them I want to change my room they didn’t respond, it isn’t a hostel it’s a old dirty room with bed.

The hostel, even though it wasn’t in the center had a very good and fast connection to the Duomo. The room I was in was clean and the people that were there were very nice. The beds were comfy and the place wasn’t very nosy for what we paid. It was good.

I liked that the shower was super spacious and the bathroom was clean.

It was very hot and humid in the room because there were so many of us. The floors were disgusting.

the bed was comfy and the shower pressure was divine, the staff was really nice to me and very helpful, really close to the train station.

the kitchen is really small and not the cleanest

I wasn’t expecting much. Its okay for lone travelers, backpackers, people who can’t or won’t afford a lot to stay in a room.

Could use a bit more cleaning and organizing, some of the staff seemed annoyed to be working but that’s understandable. It’s also a bit far, but close to metro and bus station

There is nothing to like

Staff is unprofessional, bedshit only one, not comfortable bed, toilet is dirty, windows can't open not good smell. The elevator is not available

Easy to find. Just a few blocks away from a Metro station.

Dust every corner. I wasn’t able to sleep properly because I have allergy from dust. The Toilet doesn’t have proper ventilation. Zero effort to make the place clean and presentable. Aircon is not working. They said it was broken and will be fixed the next day but when we followed up they said they didn’t have it fixed because the weather is getting cold again. We booked a room with 4 Beds. But we were placed in a room with 6 beds. The room door can’t be locked from the inside. The outlet/socket are not fixed properly on the wall. There’s no locker inside the room. The shower curtain looks like it wasn’t replaced or washed for some time.

The owner is friendly. But the room is not properly ventilated. The location is far from Milano Central. But well-connected, close to the Metro line.

The room doesn´t have ventilation (specifically the washroom).

Nothing, everything was just trash

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff treated guests like garbage—rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, they acted like we were a burden rather than paying customers. No sense of hospitality whatsoever.The room was filthy, the common areas were neglected, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms—disgusting is an understatement. It felt more like a prison than a hostel.What really ruined it was the attitude of the people running the place. They spoke down to guests, ignored requests, and acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. It’s honestly shocking that a place like this is still in business.Avoid this place at all costs. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone—not even for a single night. Total waste of money and energy.

Hostel in a good position, near bus & tube direct for the centre. However, you need to be very adaptable to stay here. There are no lockers, only chairs to put your stuff. Just one bathroom with shower between two/three bedrooms. No lifts, only stairs.

Don’t be pushed away by its non attractive entrance. Hot shower, comfy bed, amicable staff and extremely affordable. I took a female dorm, it had a code to access and a cage to leave bags (with your own lock). Short distance to the best underground line that takes you to Duomo in under half an hour. A couple of cafes to have a lovely breakfast before taking the tube. If you are looking for something very cheap in an expensive city, go for it!

The property wasn’t as bad

The bald staff guy was very rude and harassed me and didn’t let me use the microwave for eating every time it was his turn, I stayed there for necessities but thank goodness I don’t have to stay there anymore, plus the bald guy tried touching and molesting me and other girls I even have proof in WhatsApp screenshots He also banned me from using the hostel even thought he’s only a worker and not the owner so I hope the owner notices the attitude of his workers

Nothing to add except if they will be able to make kitchen available for those longer stay

They don't do good vetting to stop unserious people who often comes to mess up the cleanliness of the the hostel.
