Great Stay and Delicious Breakfast!Had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and nice, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and good size. It was a last minute stay. The staff was really kind.

The entrance is up a flight of stairs and then down a staircase to reach the reception and with a suitcase is not the most comfortable thing to access.

Almost perfect! The room AC on 35 degree centigrade July was life saving.

The refrigerator in the room wasn't working at all, except heating its box container. And there was nothing in it. But the wasn't a deal breaker at all. We loved it, clean, modern, ....

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big clean room and communal areas.Conveniently situated for the Metro and local restaurants.

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room.But not a deal breaker and wouldn't hesitate to return

Nice place for a short stay in Milano. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only the doors to the room are too thin. You can hear people walking the corrido. Good location if you travel without a car. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk. Reception is very helpful. Poor breakfast choice, but this is a small place so I can understand that.

Many things need fixing, fridge not workong,, poor breakfast every day the same, man at check in making fun of our problems, not helpful at all.

The good thing is that it’s 5 minutes to metro station.

- dirty walls inside the room- dirty towels from the previous guests were still in the bathroom on the radiator.- no hygienic bags provided even if it was a special place for those.- the configuration is not ideal. You need to go downstairs with the bags and check in and then go up with the elevator from -1. Not easy when you have two big bags. - you need to leave the door key (card) at the front desk when you leave. Man, I am paying for the room and I want to take the card with me, not to be dependent on the front desk employee. - it’s expensive for what you get

The staff was outstandingly friendly and very accommodating in every way. The breakfast was good and the coffee selection was outstanding.

There was only on way in and out of the lobby and that was stairs, which is not good when you have to manage huge luggage.

Just so so for location and staffs but bed is good and room is clean.

Disappointing

Me and my colleagues want to get an invoice from the property the day we left, however what they only offer us is a commercial document. They said it is the only type of official document according to Italian law. But when I left Italy and requested an invoice, the property said we didn’t make it clear that we would like an invoice. Actually, I have made it clear that the invoice is for reimbursements. I don’t know why the hotel refuse to give invoice or receipt but they have bad customer service, very inpatient, and somehow lied about what happened in the past.

Modern room, comfy bed, very small room but big bathroom as big as the bedroom!

Has a lift inside, but need to use stairs to get in and out of the hotel.

It was safe and clean. The receptionist was very nice, friendly and helpful. The whole venue seemed like freshly reconstructed.

Doors creaked terribly, they need to be lubricated. It is just 2 minutes work. It would also be nice to install a coat hanger at the entrance to the room.
