Very close to the metro station. 24 hours reception.

Beds were so small, they were children size, not for adults.

The staff is not interested in helping their customers. We contacted the staff about the noise in the bathroom, but no one even responded.

I like the space and the beds and the room space is the way is clean and welcoming who works there people that are very good friendly but it was just cold and they changed me the room. I’m really happy with them.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect—convenient—making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Staff were sooooo nice! Is super close to a metro station so travel was really easy. Was very clean and seemed newly renovated

It was really cold on our first night (there weren’t any heating controls in the room). They don’t provide duvets but a thin cotton sheet and so I was freezing. Asked if we could get a duvet the next day and staff were really nice but we got a rather manky bed throw instead

The room is very good for a 1-2 day stay. It was clean, the shower curtain was new, there was a shower with a washbasin inside the room, which was great, the room was quite warm from night to morning. It was close to the M3 metro, about 2-3 minutes away. I recommend it.

There could have been a small closet under the window and behind my bed, but there wasn't, and there should have been a small slipper.

The girl from the reception was very helpful and kind too, room clean, safe, no loud noises

Of course for 2 stars hotel, a lot of facilities are nit available but you have to expect that (no lockers/wardrobe , no table, no minibar, no hand soap)Although location is exceptional, but there is a lot of noise out there by cars, motorcycles, some shouting people till midnight.

Big shower. Hotel across road from a metro station. Staff are amazingly helpful: while walking to my room, a member of staff who was on break asked if he could carry my luggage; when I couldn't charge my devices a receptionist let me charge them in reception.

Bed comfort okay. No shelf in shower or bathroom. My European power adapter didn't fit sockets in room. Sleep sometimes difficult: loud AC in room, louder AC in bathroom stays on for 10 minutes after you turn it off, plus paper-thin walls, so listen to the sounds in other rooms: AC, bathroom sounds, people arguing in other languages. Bedsheets the size of the mattress so no tucking in, so sheets get screwed up during the night.

The hotel is newly renovated, everything is clean and in order. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Easily accessible from the center by subway within 15 minutes.

Nothing from my side, I was very pleasantly surprised. I’d just suggest improving ventilation in the shower because eventually humidity will ruin your beautiful renovation.

Friendly and well available staff. Their English is not always the best but they were very helpful. The accommodation is perfect for a business trip when you basically only need a bed and a shower and nothing else because you are busy in the city during the day anyways

There could have been more options to hang up the towels close to the sink/ shower. Other than that there is nothing to say. It is very simple but modern and good value for the price.

It is very clean , new and beautiful . I like it so much . The girl in reception is very helpful and kind. I advise anyone to try this hotel

Location is good near dergano metro station only 4 stations from the central station and Furniture is new and all the stuff are very friendly

Air conditioner was very weak

The room was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Nothing... for a 2 star hotel it exceeded our expectations
