Design

Room had multiple things broken, hotel wouldn't switch the room, we booked a room that was supposed to be 5th and 6th floor and they gave us 4th. Shower Drain wouldn't drain, AC was broken and sink wouldn't drain.

The best thing is clearly the Guest Relations Manager. He goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations! He is wonderful. The room was huge! A bit too modern for me but really impressive in size. The rooftop restaurant/pool is a real plus.

I felt the location was a bit far from the main city. But an easy to use and safe tram is literally right outside the door.

I think the location wasn’t the most convenient for walking around and exploring

I like the property. It is the one of the best places i have ever visited. The breakfast is amazing. Workers are very friendly helpful and informative.

China town is very close. I mean you come to italy to see European and Italian architecture. But you see Chinese on the street and chinese stores.

The room was quite spacious. The pillow was very comfortable.

Close to the tram, and tram are quite old so it makes noise, but acceptable.

Nothing to complain about

Very friendly staff; good location in Chinatown. Beds are big and very comfortable.

Not a 5-star hotel. Basic dishes like avocado toasts cost EUR 19 extra for the included breakfast (and are not worth the price), facilities are a bit run-down and cleanliness only okay. The bathroom door in the room does not close properly and you hear every sound from the hallway.

The hotel is new which is rare in Milan. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The neighbourhood

Everything! They gave us an upgrade, celebrated my birthday, the bed & pillows were really comfortable, breakfast delicious and staff v helpful & friendly.

It’s a hip, contemporary hotel. Clean! Great staff.

It was our first time in Milan so I’m not an expert on location. We took a cab to get to the city center. It’s not a 5 minute walk.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team always cleaned it on time.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations, as the quality and variety were below average.

The location is quite good and away from the crowds.

Some noises coming from the AC vent.The receptionist compensated me when I told them about it when I checked out which was a nice gesture from him.

This is my 2nd visit to the hotel where I spent one night before my flight. I have been given room 123 which was amazing and has a good terrace.

Spa facilities weren’t working and found hair in my breakfast

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a free room upgrade due to the fact that we were travelling for my birthday which was greatly appreciated.

Tiny bit of mold in the shower grout, but otherwise the room and the bathroom were spotless.

The property is beautiful and luxurious. The lobby area is my new favorite smell. We were welcomed early and had the opportunity to check out late from our upgraded room to a junior suite.

There was some construction close by but otherwise we loved everything about it

The hotel is very good, with a pleasant structure and a friendly, efficient front desk team that makes the check-in experience very welcoming

The main downside was the breakfast. The buffet was quite limited, with few items displayed, and several options — such as cheese, cold cuts, and eggs — had to be ordered at the table. Some of these items were also charged separately, which caused some confusion, especially considering that even a simple ham and cheese sandwich was considered a “special item.”Although the dining room was not busy, the staff seemed to be in a hurry, which affected the overall experience. In particular, one of the waiters was less polite, which stood out from the otherwise courteous service provided by the rest of the team.
