Location Elegant small hotel

Mistake with booking needed 5 nights was not corrected at checkin as I assumed it was. By the time another clerk attempted to book the extra nights they were already sold out. So I had to move hotels.

Outstanding hotel in all aspects. Beautiful facilities. Impeccably clean and extremely well maintained. Absolutely perfect location in a beautiful same upscale area. Alll of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Excellent rooms too.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. Property is beautiful with wall to wall marble. Rooms are immaculate, spacious & staff is very friendly/ helpful. Most historical sites are within walking distance and hotel is in the heart of the fashion district.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very warm, inviting and unique. Located in a perfect area, very close to great shopping, restaurants and other sights. The staff were amazing and always happy to help! The breakfast was wonderful with many options.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doorman. Beds were the most comfortable of any during our European trip. Room was luxurious and on a quiet side street, convenient to lots of expensive shops and restaurants.

My stay in Milan was truly delightful, a perfect blend of style, comfort, and charm. The staff were genuinely lovely: warm, attentive, and effortlessly gracious. They made me feel not just welcomed, but cared for. It’s rare to find such hospitality paired with such elegance. I left with beautiful memories and a quiet wish to return soon.

Wonderful place in a very quiet area of the fashion district. Just a few minutes to all the shopping and sites to see in Milan.

Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. Facilities gleaming and up to date. Location could not be better.

Exceptional cleanness, place is spotless from top to bottom. Personnel is amazing, kind, super helpful, efficient. Breakfast is rich, very tasty, ambience of the breakfast room is amazing.

The place basically doesn’t have a gym. Depending on where you need to go, it may be a little late for an Uber or a taxi.
