Nearness to the train station

Rooms were smaller than expected.

Pleasant staff and an earlier than expected check-in

Very convenient location close to the Central Station . Very clean good size room and bathroom with daily service, at a good price for a central location. Small garden with covered area, ideal for smokers who don't want to stand in the street!

The location is perfect for travelling people because it is close the Central Station of Milan so fantastic. The rooms in front of the internal garden are really quite and relaxing due to the threes and green around

the breakfast room is really small, however the food and beverage is really good and various

The hotel is blocks from the train station/metro so using transport was easy; there are restaurants located nearby; Desk staff was pleasant; the two attendants at breakfast were very courteous and they worked hard to keep the breakfast bar well stocked; Breakfast items were very good and varied; Our room was nice with convenient outlets near the bed and a modern bathroom;

The breakfast room is very small; it was difficult to get items or find a table due to the tightness of the space; The staff seemed overwhelmed trying to replenish the food as well as cleaning tables and making coffees; We are by no means criticizing the staff; We feel they did a wonderful job under difficult circumstances;

Nothing in particular, the structure is neither modern or super good looking, but that's not a problem

Location was excellent. Staff was cooperative. Breakfast was superb.

Bed was very small, size of room was not very comfortable. Shower area was too tight.

The hotel is located very close to Milan Central Station in a quiet road, but easy to find with the large illuminated sign! The staff were welcoming and very pleasant, whilst the room although compact was clean, warm and comfortable, with a good size, well equipped bathroom and immediate hot water. As a smoker it was nice to have the enclosed garden area with seats and a gazebo, rather than having to stand on the street! Although breakfast was part of the room rate, I don't normally have it, so just had a very nice cappuccino, but the selection looked broad. I think that it provided excellent value for money and would definitely stay again when in the area.

Nice location, just a few minutes away from Centrale station. A selection of good restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast could be a bit better in terms of variety but it’s not that critical. Sound isolation isn’t the best but also not very critical.

Very small rooms, limited facilities, low value for high price

I arrived late to central station and needed a place to sleep close by. Very close by. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The gym was also a bonus. The breakfast was lovely and had many options with eggs fruit yogurts cereals sweets meats cheeses vegetables…

I don’t care for carpet but this is a personal preference

Location, cleaning was good. We explored city by foot. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good also. There were sweets(different cakes, pancakes, croissant), vegetables, fruits, musli etc. Additionally, Simon from breakfast service was so kindly and helpful. He made best coffee and drinks for us.Having phone, slippers, kettle, daily housekeeping, 7/24 service are good things to choose this hotel.

We had requested twin rooms without carpet. But we didn’t like this room. Because the walls seem like old and curtain was dirty. They immediately changed the room considering our request.Next problem is size of shower. Actually the bathroom was big, but this type of cabin is not suitable for overweight people.Breakfast meals can be varied. It would be good if there was a little change in the breakfast foods as there were too many sweets.

Was my goto placemin Milan for years. No longer!

This was a work trip, so I'd get reimbursed from my company by just showing the invoice. Little problem: they sent me the invoice with the WRONG date (two days later than my booking). I contacted the desk and they came back at me with all possible stupid excuses, putting the blame on the "computer", stuttering nonsense, stalling with useless questions etc...Pity, this was my goto hotel for Milan work trips. No longer.

Location, breakfast, staff and AC in the room

It’s simple but pristine. Absolutely loved staying there and wail till breakfast. The staff is also super nice.

Location, friendly staff, air conditioner.

Breakfast was limited, didn't look fresh and didn't replenish some of the things when the were finished even when it was still breakfast time.
