Hotel room was clean and modern. 2nd best shower I’ve ever experienced. Service was off the charts good. We had a very nice internal balcony that had a couch and chair. Great bathroom although only one sink. Separate water closet. Bed was very comfortable with light switches and charging ports at bedside.

People very helpful. Specially the concierges. The room was mini. We complained and next day they changed us to a bigger one. Although they helped us move it was a hastle.

Great location in the middle of Milano with nice shopping and dining opportunities in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was also very nice and friendly. We especially enjoyed the bar. All drinks were impeccable and the food was also very good.
The value for money of the rooms is not great. Most of the rooms are not very big and the views are also limited. Balconies were surrounded by high walls, so you couldn’t really use them. The bathrooms and interior design was nice though.
Hotel is new, spacious!!! Great bed and bed linen, we also had a welcoming fruit plate and cake I loved that!!!! We will return again?

Location is great - 3 minutes walking to Duomo. The staff is excelent, very kind and always there to support you. The room is amazing. We like it so much that we extended our staying with one more night and definitely we will return to this amazing hotel.I traveled all over the Europe, Dubai, Turkey, Russia...this is by far the best hotel i stayed.
