Best location, you can reach everything by foot. the breakfast was amazing. We got an upgrade , spacious room, love the zen decoration. Staff very friendly.

It was nice! Beautiful place, friendly assistants, help with our business). Pleasant pool). We have wonderful dinner in Michelin restaurant. It was delicious experience!

the pillow and mattress are really comfy

the bath. It needs to wait to get hot water. I don’t like it especially after staying at como. It shouldn’t be like this as five star hotel

The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing!!!We did not have a chance to dine although we did use room service the Spa and the breakfast and it was all exceptional

Room felt old and outdated, needs upgrading for the price they charge.

Hotel room was clean and modern. 2nd best shower I’ve ever experienced. Service was off the charts good. We had a very nice internal balcony that had a couch and chair. Great bathroom although only one sink. Separate water closet. Bed was very comfortable with light switches and charging ports at bedside.

People very helpful. Specially the concierges. The room was mini. We complained and next day they changed us to a bigger one. Although they helped us move it was a hastle.

The hotel is quite small. Lobby, entrance etc. Very pretty but expected more for a Mandarin. The restaurant, Seta, super expensive and just too mini portions.

Deposit is very highly and took to long to get it back ,It does deserve that amount, the room is standard

Great location in the middle of Milano with nice shopping and dining opportunities in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was also very nice and friendly. We especially enjoyed the bar. All drinks were impeccable and the food was also very good.

The value for money of the rooms is not great. Most of the rooms are not very big and the views are also limited. Balconies were surrounded by high walls, so you couldn’t really use them. The bathrooms and interior design was nice though.

Hotel is new, spacious!!! Great bed and bed linen, we also had a welcoming fruit plate and cake I loved that!!!! We will return again?

Location is great - 3 minutes walking to Duomo. The staff is excelent, very kind and always there to support you. The room is amazing. We like it so much that we extended our staying with one more night and definitely we will return to this amazing hotel.I traveled all over the Europe, Dubai, Turkey, Russia...this is by far the best hotel i stayed.
