The location in Milan is the best! The staff was wonderful.

There is a gym, but not all equipment was functional, and it is small - but not too many people come to Milan to use the gym!

Everything, the service, location and room were amazing. This hotel is a charm. Special thanks to hotel employee who provided an amazing detailed service. He have us a nice gift for my husband since it was his birthday. This is now my preferred hotel in Milan

The location is immaculate.

There is no parking, no bell boy to take the luggage and you're basically left to take up your luggage on your own, so if you're a light traveller this is perfect.

Limited breakfast options. Only hanging rack in room. No cabinets with drawers so clothes left in suitcase. Shower controls design over function, real pain to get right.

The breakfast area is small and takes a long time to prepare. If you are in a hurry to visit because you have a set time, consider what the reception recommends: write down your breakfast preferences on the sheet in your room and leave it at the reception the night before. You won't regret it.

Staff;cleanness;location;room size;breakfast.A real gem of the hotel is the staff - friendly, proactive, helpful and effective. We were offered a room upgrade for an additional small price. Our room was clean, spacious, light and nicely decorated, but we would like more shelves and drawers to put our stuff, both in the room and in the bathroom. The area around the sink would be more convenient if the accessories provided by the hotel were put at a separate case or box instead of being scattered around.The location of the hotel is ideal. Everything we wanted to see was at a very short walking distance.The terrace where breakfast is served is very nice and has a beautiful view. We liked the format of the breakfast: you fill in the form one day in advance with what you choose to eat, where you want the breakfast to be served and when. Everything was delicious, especially the bio bread. The coffee is just ok, it could be better.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Milan, not only is the facility clean and well equipped it is also centrally located. Very close to Duomo, shopping centers and metro. The staff were very attentive to our needs, helpful and knowledgeable, thank you so much for everything you have done to make our stay extra special.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all staff was a highlight. The restaurant recommendations they made were phenomenal and perfect for our group. The location was second to none for a first time trip to Milan. It was actually mind blowing being so close to the Duomo and Galleria. The rooms were a very generous size and they even included breakfast for us which was lovely. The property feels very new and funky and clean.
