Pros +
- Helpful staff when there was an expected issue with booking. Very good and quiet air conditioning and very clean.
- Staff very friendly and helpful. Location right near station. Very clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast
- Breakfast was okay and room was clean we were happy with location close to the train station .Marti at reception was excellent and very helpfulwith our questions regarding Milan.
Cons -
- Hallway smells like smoke at night. The aircondition is not working at all or they shut it off during winter, so there’s no air circulating inside the room. Blasted the heater so high, it’s so hot you’re sweating like you’re in a spa. Terrible hotel
- Some basic aspects of the room - leaky shower and sink coming away from wall.
- Nothing it was perfect for our stopover

If you’re traveling for a few days it’s okay. The room is very small though. The staff at the front desk very unfriendly, not saying hello. Great location.
Excellent location in the heart of Milan just 4min walk from Milan central station near all ementies just wonderfull. Recommend

Good location, close to public transportation.
Wifi didn't work, no good channels on t.v.
near the station, easy access
you have nothing to eat, there was no coffee maker in the room, I hardly found one but they didn't have a cup to make a tea....the ventilation from the needle/heat full of dust, I think it hasn't been cleaned since the hotel, a lot of dust in the room.
Fantastic location who needs easy access to Milano Centrale train station. Good breakfast, renovated rooms.
Clean, modern hotel that is just across the central train station.
The location to the train station
The water was not that hot and the bed was more firm than I like. The room was warm and the thermostat did not work but the window did open a bit and that helped
