Clean and decent location.

The hotel is old.. so the price was high.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The room was spotless and very well maintained. Although the location is a little away from the city centre, it is very well connected by metro, making it convenient to get around.

Bed was a little hard

This is the greatest stay that we had on our trip from the Netherlands to Italy.We have stayed in Germany, France, and Italy before and after this hotel stay, but this was the best.Staff, especially the host at reception, were so kind; they upgraded us to a deluxe room and helped us.Very clean, good breakfast, and staff.

Breakfast had many options and the staff were very friendly. Room was updated and very clean.

It was a little further from the metro station than i had thought.

I like to reserve a hotel far from the center of the city, but also I choose the hotel with a good options, so I like this hotel because it’s clean and quiet, the staff was helpful and 24/24 available. And of course the metro station is only 3 minutes away walking from the hotel. I like it.

Close to the subway, the breakfast has a lot of options and is very tasty. The bed was comfortable and the blinds properly block the outside light.

Very noisy early in the morning. The bathtub's shower screen did a bad job of preventing the water for reaching the floor. It's ridiculous that the checkout is at 10am.

The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. They also had blackout windows which were nice and convenient and their staffs were also very friendly and helpful. Its also located near a station and had a supermarket/grocery nearby.

I thought their complementary toiletries would include toothbrush but it didn't. They had everything else though.

It’s far from the center. There was a strike of the all public transport and it was hard to get to the city center. The Uber cost around 40 euros.

Great price and within walking distance of the city centre.

Inconsistent supply of baguettes for breakfast

The location was great. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the croissants were delicious. The staff was friendly.

The staff and proximity with a few restaurants, convenience store, and the metro station (all 7min walk).The staff is really friendly and took the time to order for us from a nearby restaurant. We could have walked .

You have to pay for the bottles of water that are in the minibar. Seems like not all hotels offer them. (Same for the other beverage in the minibar). Either way, it is convenient for those who need it

Location is very good, close to subway (25 min to downtown) and close to motorway to leave milano relaxed in the morning!
