Basic gives what you need

Required cash payment for the city tax. Other hotel I stayed did allow me to pay by card. So not sure why they said it have to be by cash

The location was convenient, about 30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by metro from the city center. The rooms were clean and cozy. The host was pleasant and provided anything that we asked. We appreciated that we could deposit our luggage at the reception after the check out until we left later that day. The breakfast option for 13 euros per person was convenient and the options were sufficient.

Pay attention to the city tax that you have to pay extra when you arrive. However, this is mentioned in the booking, but we did not notice until we arrived there. The extra tax is 6.3 euro/person/day.

The room was spacious,bed was good and exceptionally clean

I arrived at around midnight, check in was nice a quick and staff were friendly.Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great after a long day of traveling.Room was well insulated from street noise.

During the night and early morning you can hear people move in upper floor.

Breakfast was convenient, good fresh bakery, a little bit costy, but good for a kick off start for a busy day, on days you don't have enough time to mingle around for a cafe .The hotel is located on a park, so the view is nice, beside a bus stop , accessible from a metro station 7 to 10 min.walk according to your speed.Friendly staff.

The acoustics in some of the rooms, but generally the rooms are clean and comfortable.

It has a strategic location, close to Loreto metro station and the bus. The surrounding area is very quiet and felt safe, even at night.The facilities were spotless. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, we felt right at home.We were assigned a room facing the street, but it was well insulated; we didn’t hear any noise or experience any discomfort.Silvana (the owner) was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. She speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier for us. She helped us adjust our itinerary to explore Milan’s historic center and gave us the best recommendations. She even marked extra places and metro routes on the map — her tips were truly helpful and thoughtful.Breakfast included a nice variety: coffee, fruit, eggs, and typical pastries.We only stayed one night, but we truly wish we had stayed longer. It left us with such a good impression that we would love to come back someday — it really felt like a home away from home.

They are controlling Room AC from the reception .. and they used to switch off the same.. 2 times during the mid night I suppose to visit the reception to making it ON. The available staff also not cooperative that time...

Very causey hotel, near bus station and two grocery stores. 5 min walk to metro.The stuff were very kind and friendly.Great VFM.

The breakfast was fresh and spartan. There are enough things to chose from so that one can eat a healthy breakfast or not so healthy breakfast. Also, there is no waste and I appreciate this. The room and the hotel were very clean.

The hotel a bit far from center, not possible to walk everywhere.Car parking is really narrow.

We didn't have breakfast nor coffee at the hotel. The location was in a sort of "ghetto" neighborhood although safe.

The mattresses weren't as comfortable as I would've liked them to be, but the size was decent for the price.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, we were able to check in earlier, the room was cleaned every day, we would get clean towels and the room would be organized nicely

Hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Location was ok, not too far from the central station and the metro (2 lines) was just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had a small balcony which was a really nice bonus.

It was a little bit cold in the room, but nothing unbearable. We chose this hotel thanks to good breakfast reviews, but it was a little disappointing with small selection of not so good quality.

Hotel looks good from the outside, opposite a park—but unfortunately with a street in between. Inside is a bit outdated but fine. The art on the wall of my room—butterfly cutouts—was actually pretty nice.

I got a dark, ground floor room. Noise from the street was a problem. The room, while superficially clean, but had an unpleasant, musty smell. Furniture was IKEA—which is fine, I guess—but minimal-effort: just a basic wardrobe without doors. The plug in the sink was missing, which contact-lenses wearers like me do not like at all.

Modern, new, very clean (there is also room cleaning service every day), comfortable beds, good location, extra friendly staff, 24 hour reception. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English.Good breakfast available from early to late - with all I need to start the day.Large bedroom and bathroom with tiled floor.Pizzeria with proper Italian food 100 m down the street - ask the receptionist for directions.

Noise from roadworks outside that began at 08:00 on workdays - hopefully temporary.Lack of power outlets, had to take turns charging laptop / mobile / camera.Confusing directions from Metro to hotel - just so many exits to start from.No local / tourist maps available.
