Ibis Styles Milano Centro

It was charming on the outside, modern inside and very clean. Great location to the metro, which was very convenient.

Recently renovated but it was not finished well in details - good breakfast - locational in the market place -

1. no parking even for new arrivals. We had to illegally park in from of others drive way to offload our luggages and drive and park our car few blocks away from the hotel. 2. we could clearly hear the next room people were taking.

Staff could be nicer and have to double check information before charging people.

The front desk said we have not paid the city tax, so we paid cash for it. Then checked my booking, and it showed that we have indeed paid. So we got double charged.

We liked the location. It was very close to the subway and the central station. We also liked the mattress on the bed, it was very comfy. Had a lot of hot water, not like we saw in other reviews. Had no issue with the staff, they were very nice, but we are not that picky.

The room was very small, much smaller than it showed in the reservation. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very noisy because of the, we supposed, heating or air conditioning machines on the roof. But we have earplugs so we could sleep. Also, everything was a bit old, it would need some improvements. At a lower price, it would have been good, but it was expensive for what it was offering.

Location is very good near to train station and Beunos Aires with many restaurants and shopping around with lively atmosphere Staff is really nice and supportive

May be design of the triple room was kind of strange , sensors for electricity needed to be adjusted , if someone of group go out of the room all electricity cuts off

The super strong air conditioning that could not be switched off, I caught a cold because of it

Everything went well. They gave me the option for Breakfast but I would like to continue my venture outside. Maybe I should hired a tour guide next time but I like to explore the city solo for the first time.

I believe some tuning of the shower nozzle is a must. I didn't like to see the shower nozzles being clogged from over time use. So I highly recommend getting them cleaned. I think adding a lavender scent in to bathroom would be most pleasing but ask first before doing so. People do have a sensitive smell. But it would greatly improve the experience they have in the room.

Old stinki dirty hotel max 1 star not 3 as it was rated. Rude stuff not helpfull at all. Dirti towels , dirty bed shits, molded wall. Ask to replace a room get in answer that is best one that we have. Very very dissapointed. Not worth the money i paid for stay there.

Very modern, clean and spacious room for the price in Milan city centre.Perfect for a short stay

Providing a parking or having a cheaper convention with the nearby Parking place. It cost 20€ and I left the car there from 11 PM to 3 AM (had to catch an early bus) which it’s just crazy.

The hotel meets expectations, location very close to the subway and a 20min walk off of the train station. Very pleasant staff. The shower is tiny though.

The room is good and clean. The bed is perfect!!!!!!! The location is good near metro. The smell of the room is not so good...

We had a room on ground floor which basically means you are a meter away from the lifts and practically in the lobby. The door was a thin piece of wood so all the noise from the reception and lobby area was coming into our room. The whole night people talking in front of our thin door while they waited for the lifts. Also the noise from the street was very bad in our room. Didn’t get much sleep.

They have a storage room to leave the luggage if you arrive early. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

The reception bathroom was small but that is to be expected.

Recommend it for a city break, it is a 15min walk from Milano Centrale and 30min walk to the Duomo. Located near a big boulevard with a lot of stores and accessible to public transportation. In front of the hotel you have a pizza place and its saving you time and dinner. The room was enough for what we needed, clean and comfortable tiny room. For the prices in Milan, Its a great place. We will return to ibis.

Reception staff was very helpful and kind.room was clean and hot enough..and the breakfast was acceptable..location of the hotel is good and easy to access Metro..
