    Pros +

    • Great location for attending a conference at Bocconi University. It is a little bit of a walk to the touristy areas. Lots of food options nearby. The room was clean, A/C worked well, breakfast was good, and fastest hotel internet I've ever had.
    • The breakfast was amazing and the cappuccino was by far the best I've ever had! It was clean, quiet, safe and had everything I needed.
    • Close to public transpotationClean and comfortable

    Cons -

    • The bed was a little firm for me personally, and the pillows were a little thin, but I could double them up.
    • It was just a bit far from the city center (25 minute walk), but that was my choice to keep the price down.
    • Overpriced for a person not planning on using the facilities (gym, work space)Walls super thin and the adjoining room had the toilet running every night- like ocean wave

Great location, great service, great free minibar

    The room is too small…..

The decor was very pretty, location was good, rooms were nice and clean and staff was so so nice. My daughter was sick and the manager came and offered to call the pediatrician of her kids. I loved the hotel

    Nothing all was great

Super nice concept hotel, just newly renovated. Walking distance to the city

The hotel is designed beautifully. The room facilities are great and get refilled daily (including the chocolate!) and downstairs at the lobby there's a very comfortable seating area with a piano.

Hotel with modern décorSpacious and comfortable roomStaff available and professional, except for the person who welcomed us, who was not warm

No breakfast availableShower too smallToo much technology : check-in on a tablet in addition to online pre-registration, hair dryer that’s difficult to use if you’re not familiar with the Dyson brand, etc.

    The place is designed nicely

The room is too small and lacks functionality. There is no space for suitcases other than under the bed, which is inconvenient. No complimentary bottle of water is provided, which is usually standard. The room is not completely dark at night due to illuminated switches. Overall, there is a strong focus on design, but little consideration for guest comfort.

Everything was great- A few minutes walk from Bocconi campus- Attention to details is amazing and can be noticed in every corner of the hotel - Staff were very helpful and always present - Cleaning was done daily - Water and coffee were replaced daily Would definitely recommend

The business room could be bigger as it’s really small

    9FrancoPosted on: 1-27-2026

The breakfast room was really a simple coffee/tea/water with cookies and apples. The room was very modern and comfortable. And the staff was friendly and helpful.Especially Sara, who worked the front desk reception. She was wonderful and always had time for our questions.

We went to Milan during the Christmas holidays, and it was sometimes difficult to get a taxi while we were there. So, going forward, even though we loved the hotel, we probably wouldn't choose to stay there again. It was too far to walk to the sites that we were interested in visiting.

Very clean, everything looks as if it’s brand new, and you get the feeling that you’re the first person to use it. Great soundproofing, good location.

The pillows might have been a bit more comfortable, but that’s a matter of taste

The room was clean and comfortable

When booking the hotel is called a spa wonders so I thought I could relax by the pool but no the spa isn't in the hotel its 10mins walk from the hotel and you only get 10% discount and not free when stayingat the hotel. So in my eyes this is false advertisement be careful when booking if you were looking forward to the spa

    9FlorianPosted on: 1-23-2026

Fresh modern design, comfortable bedding, great Smart TV with excellent connectivity, Espresso maker and free mini bar, excellent shower

"Business" rooms a bit cramped, e.g., Space in restroom - suggest choosing a slightly larger room category

    4nafisehPosted on: 1-20-2026

The pictures on the website and in the advertisements give the impression that this is a spa hotel, but it isn’t even a hotel—it’s an apartment building with only one staff member on duty at a time and no room service. The spa is located in a completely separate building about two miles away, and staying here only provides a minimal discount for its use. The advertisement is completely misleading

    6JafariPosted on: 1-4-2026

The room was clean, modern, and high-tech. Everything is managed electronically, which made the stay easy and efficient. Having a yoga mat in the room was a nice and unexpected touch. A supermarket is located very close to the property, which was convenient.

There is no breakfast offered at the hotel. The location is not within walking distance of major tourist attractions, and there are no upscale restaurants nearby. The staff were average and not particularly welcoming. One of the staff members (a young man wearing a black tie) was rude and unhelpful. He told me my room was on the first floor and said he would show me, but instead gave unclear directions. When I turned the wrong way, he followed me and raised his voice, pointing and saying “here” and “there,” even though there was an elevator right there. It turned out that by “first floor” he meant one level up. This could have been explained very simply by saying to take the elevator, instead of causing confusion and speaking in an unfriendly manner.

door lick did not work after two night they changed the room . housekeeping did not replace used bathroom amenities for two days

    attention to detail

    9GlenvillePosted on: 12-25-2025

Bed was comfortable, decor was good (the toilet sink was really pretty), there was a decent gym, lounge area was nice to sit around, staff were helpful

Location was decent as there was a tram stop nearby but it would be better if it was near a metro too. Room was a little small but I guess it was to be expected

    10PaulPosted on: 12-24-2025

Loved the modern features which had traditional Italian interior. Helpful staff and exceptional cleaning.

It would be good to have somewhere to hang coats. There was only the bathroom
