    Pros +

    • It is a small urban boutique hotel. It is typical of such hotels in New York or Paris. But well appointed and clean with great staff.
    • Perfect designed rooms, super comfortable ,new and clean. Perfect location, five minutes walking distance to Duomo.Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the night shift receptionist guy (I forgot his name, might be Antonio), amazing personality, super helpful and super friendly. I need to check out by very early morning 2.30 AM and she helped me a lot, with his super energy!
    • Very good location. Friendly staff.

    Cons -

    • Everything was great.
    • location is perfect, but since it is in city center, during night, there might be some noise
    • We had a very dark room , looking out on a wall. Almost claustrophobic. Not a place where you want to spend any time, other than sleeping. We understand Milano is expensive, but for what it offered under a qualification of a”boutique hotel”, it was underwhelming and very expensive.

The room is clean Staff is friendly Bed and pillow uncomfortable I read in booking that there is air-conditioning but there wasn't The room should be soundproof as written but we heard every word from the next roomYou can't open the window because of the loud noise outside specially at night

    Location , breakfast and staff

There was construction work next door and we were waking up very early. There was very low water pressure in one of the rooms.

Close to centre and all of the attractions.

Sewerage smell. Constant traffic and other noises from the street during the night which kept awake.

Fantastic quirky decor throughout and nice quiet location. Our room was very spacious too. Nice breakfast and being able to store our luggage after checkout was a big help too.

The place to stay if you are going to La Scala, you can walk therein 5 minutes. The restaurant Il Marchese was just around the corner and was very good and not overpriced for a white table cloth establishment. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety with a very nice server helping you out. Comfy bed. Easily adjusted room temp.

Outside noise from construction but that's going to go away eventually. No stand out issues.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast for the hotel of this very small size. Great location

Not enough electric sockets, not enough storing space, no heating in the bathroom, poor capacity of water heater. Cleaning staff does this work very late in the day

Location , decoration size of rooms

    Nothing literally

Nice comfortable hotel in a good location, really spacious suite overlooking the square, the breakfast was great and staff very friendly

The bar wasn’t always open ?

First off, I have to say that the main reason we chose this hotel was its proximity to the Teatro alla Scala. It’s literally a one- or two-minute walk away, which is just perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we had a great time. The rooms are stylish and clean, and the bathroom was especially on point. I always check the details in hotels, like the tile grout, and honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw.

Sorry, can’t tell anything as everything was fine.

Bed was very comfortable. Chocs on arrival was a lovely touch.

No Aircon, it was a hot spell in October, so was told there was no aircon as the heating was on in the hotel. Had to open windows which was noisy and let in mosquitoes!

    Operators were pleasant

Dark alleyway created a safety concern. Terrible street noise was acknowledged but no opportunity to move to a quieter room. I was offered ear plugs.

    Perfect location and great staff

The shutters were closed so the room wasn’t very bright.
