the location is goodguy at the reception was very nice

zero soundproofing, i heard guy and girl doing their things and couldn’t sleep, after they finished i fall asleep then later woke up bc a group of guys which were very loud and i was like 4 am i was completely tired bc of no sleeping

The location is good because it's near the Central Station. The room is not very clean but it's cheap for private room.

There was some musty smell in the room.

The location was the only good aspect

It was not clean and there were stains on the bedding, black mold growing within the bathroom, the door frame on the bathroom door was rotting and the room smelt very strongly of cigarettes dispute being advertised as a non smoking room

Yes, the hotel is quite old and needs renovation, but for the price, you won't find anything better in this location. My room had old plumbing and the water didn't drain, but I was offered two options: a room upgrade or plumbing repairs. Thank you.

Excellent location

Hotel is noticeably old and starting to fall apart. It’s a 1-star so don’t expect much but it’s fine for one night. I wouldn’t stay longer than that

the staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming, managed to get us to our room earlier and even got a room with the bathroom which wasnt expected. room was big and the bed was comfortable, bathroom was ok

the shower kept dripping one night, and if you are traveling with a very large suitcase be careful because the lift is very small, but okay to fit two people comfortably

I found Hotel Eva to be an excellent value option, considering Milano's outrageously expensive accommodation prices.The single room I've stayed in has a window and comes with a sink, a desk, fresh towels, toiletries, a decent size closet and a bedside table.Overall a pretty basic setting but reasonably spacious, clean and well heated during a cold December night.The outside bathrooms are within easy reach, they're modern and well maintained.Staff were kind, helpful and quick to communicate with.Location is also very convenient, close to two metro stations and less than 10 minutes walk from Stazione Centrale.

The hotel was ideal for a base in Milan, close to rail services making getting around Milan easy

Hard to go up in lift with luggage as its on the 4th floor and the lift is small.

Location was perfect, train and metro station are very close. The room is clean.

Location is good, near station. Hotel cleans the room every day.

The bed is too soft, not comfortable. The wall is thin. Hotel replies mess late and don't give enough information such as there's old elevator that can use to go to the 4th floor where the hotel locates but they don't give me the information so I had to carry my luggage through the stair.
