Near from train station as well as metro. Clean room, comfortable bed and washroom. Very friendly staff.

Because of the Olympics, maybe a little bit expensive for a 3 stars hotel, but it’s kinda understandable.

Very close to metro station ( Pasteur & Rovareto ) to the city centre and the train station Centrale. Nice neighbourhood ( caffès , restaurants , markets very close to the hotel )Comfortable roomVery clean

Good room size, clean,Good size bathroom.

Nothing to eat in the breakfast, just some Bread, coffee & cereals.Beds are too small in width, you would be fall.No tea kettle in the room. All Rooms lock noise is not less than a fired bullet noise, they MUST sort this out problem with all rooms. Its very very loud at night.. Not good for the heart patients, a big shocking noise in the middle of the night if someone (other guests of other rooms) unlock the door.

Convenient location, free breakfast, friendly staff — nice restaurants in the area, and less expensive than most restaurants in other parts of Milan.

There were 4 adults . Room & bathroom were a decent size so room to move and have 4 cases. Plenty of towels.Was good to have a top sheet as weather was warm. (Have found lately other hotels don't have them). Was a decent breakfast and staff friendly

Air conditioner was pointed right at our faces when I bed so a bit of an annoyance .

The location was good, the staff was great and the included breakfast was a fantastic option.

Located within walking distance of the Metro line, and a tram line just outside. Lots of local restaurants and bars, lovely around the area at night. Felt like a great local vibe. Bedroom was spacious, and airy. Very clean.

Calls itself a 3 star but it's just a bed and breakfast, there no bar facilities. Bath had a shower head on long extension cord, cany affix it to the wall. Showering was a frustration.

I booked a room on booking, and I was very surprised when the staff asked me to pay a "tourism" tax on the last night of my stay. When I asked them to explain what this tax was, they told me that since I had booked the hotel on booking, I hadn't paid this tax upfront, which is why the price on booking was lower than on the hotel's website. They said this was done intentionally to attract people from booking.

Definitely worth the money, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the metro station that leads directly to the Duomo, and 15 minutes on foot from Centrale station. There are many restaurants, bars, and markets in the surrounding area, making the stay very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

This was the worst place I've ever been

The staff… employees very rude persons . They not focusing the problem just only one side of the business very very disappointing…I felt uncomfortable. ( the bed was old and to hard …)
