    Cons -

    • Breakfast could have more items abd eggs.
    • There was nothing we didnt like
    • The property was filthy. I am attaching photos. Handprints on the walls, holes in the sheets, stains on the sheets, dust and dirt in every corner. Additionally, the hotel would let us take our key with us, and said we had to leave the physical key with them every time we wanted to leave. They allow for no guests to enter the building (not even the lobby). The hotel staff (one singular man at the front desk) was incredibly unkind and unwelcoming. When we tried to book a room for our friend to stay at the same hotel, he didn’t understand us. This was before we went back upstairs to check our room. When we told him about the state of our room, he told us it wasn’t dirty. We showed him photos. He said he could get us new sheets. When I pointed out the walls, he told me “you don’t sleep on the walls.” Our Booking agent saved the day by staying on the phone with us until we were able to leave the property safely. She was amazing! (Juanita I believe)

Quite convenient location to take tram 10, and also many restaurants around the street nearby.

To get elevator, guest has to step up few on short stairs. Need a slope on stairs.

Hotel is simple and clean. Beds are surprisingly comfy and location is great. Staff were friendly and even let us store our bags.

It's was around 10 mins walk from the station

Everything else, I've already left a review, but the rooms are tiny bathrooms are even smaller, the bed is hard, might be better to sleep on the floor. The carpet on the starts needs repairing, the smell of sewage most days isn't a good sign for them. The buffet wasn't good and tv is not very big about the size of a big tablet or laptop. Walls are so thin you can hear others in their rooms.

The staff were kind and helpful, putting up patiently with my poor Italian and speaking English well. The room was quiet and spacious, and the bathroom clean and comfortable to use.It is very easy to get to the hotel from the Gerusalemme metro stop and there are some nice restaurants and cafe in the area, as well as a big, convenient supermarket (Esselunga).

I nearly tripped over a bit of loose carpet on the stairs. The hotel needs to fix the stair rods as it's a safety issue.

Good location to get into city centre and visit San Siro. Cheap

Water was cold, a blanket instead of a duvet and an electric fitting came off the wall in the shower. I suppose you get what you pay for with the cheapest room at the top on 4th floor.

The breakfast was the only positive thing to say and that’s a stretch because the room has no AC where they serve it. The lady assisting was SO kind but the value of it was not worth it

The shower door fell off twice. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator… doesn’t make sense. The whole room and facilities were super outdated. Not worth the value. It’s far out about a 20 something minute bus ride. Only plus is the bus station right outside. The beds were not comfy and there is no phone in the room so if you need something you have to go all the way down to ask. Not the biggest deal but an inconvenience where every hotel has phones.

    Location - breakfast

Duran to the night to much noise outside of the hotel street

    9ShereePosted on: 1-19-2026

It was accurate to the description on the website, good location for the San Siro and a good enough price. It did exactly what we needed it to. The staff were very nice

There was a fair bit of noise outside

    7YoungPosted on: 1-7-2026

room was adequate and clean a bit dated though

breakfast could have more options and possibly toast

    8OksanaPosted on: 1-5-2026

Simple, clean enough. Good accommodation with this price. Breakfast was fresh and delicious

Everything was ok, just noisy during night. Ether neighbours laughed and dried their hair or it was cleaning service in the middle of the night.

Ottima posizione con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero top , reception 24 h .John alla reception molto gentile e super disponibile .

    3MaciejPosted on: 12-30-2025

It was relatively cheap and available in the dates we need, otherwise I unfortunately cannot say anything good about this "hotel".

Outdated, unclean rooms with terrible beds, breakfast was reduced to bare minimum, personnel barely spoke English. One time there even was problem with warm water under the shower.

Good location, comfortable bed, clean, nice employees. Bar and breakfast on-site.

We could not control the heat in our room. Learned that the hotel could not turn it down, either. Easy solution- opened the window.
