Room, toilet and shower were clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to find from the street.

Shower rooms very small. If you leave an open window, it's too noisy due to traffic.

room was okay but the shower was uncomfortable because the drainage pipes were too narrow causing the water to build up and rise to my legs while i was showering

The price is absolutely not...

The price is absolutely not worth it. The room was in very poor condition. The beds were old and uncomfortable, not suitable for sleeping at all. The mattresses and bedding were worn out, torn, and had bad odors. Cleanliness was clearly lacking. Everything needs to be replaced. Very disappointing experience for the price paid

I liked that the room had a bathroom just for the residents of that room, rather than a shared one for the entire floor. That was nice. There was a hot shower and soap. There were no towels, or I couldn't find towel on my bed, but that's not a big deal because I had my own. The bed had a power outlet and three USB ports for devices. Everything was quite comfortable, convenient, and pleasant. So, I'm happy with this hostel.

The only thing I probably didn't like was that the door handle to the toilet was broken.

Good location, convenient transport, super friendly and helpful staff 24 hrs attending, a supermarket next door is an ideal place for most of the people that stay here!

There’s nothing!

Rooms are ok and clean.

The shared washroom was not clean as a lot of people are using same washroom and the shower water comes out on the walking area. One washroom toilet flush button was not working.

Really liked the staff, they were great and quick. It was really easy to check in.

This was a very basic place to stay. It had what was needed, but it just felt really unsafe. I wasn't sure about the people using this hostel. One guy accused me of being American and tried to have a go at me about American politics. I'm not American.

Very basic, bed was ok, bathroom was on the onesie of the building, not the cleanest

It had weird smell throughout all of the hostel. The room looked bad. The price was too high for a room like that. The walls were too thin and you can hear everyone in a hallway. The doors were old and unsafe

I stayed one night in a double bed with a shared bathroom. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room was warm and quiet all day and night. Very good price for a 1 night stay.

I would have liked a TV in the room and bigger towels.

Convenient location near Lambrate station/metro. 24-hour reception.

The window glass is so thin it might as well not existed. Compensated by heavy curtains + air heater to keep the room warm enough

Location is pretty close to the main city

I asked early check in because of flight time but they doesn't give. . I wouldn't stay last one night over there because of my flight time is night also. . Room was not bad but not clean very well

It's a very nice cozy hostel in the very attractive area of Milan. The best staff! All issues could be solved immediately.

A very spacious and comfortable hostel. Excellent. Some of the female rooms don't have bunk beds, so there's no issue with bed shaking affecting sleep. The owner arranged a triple room for me with a private bathroom, which was very kind of her. The room was warm. The front desk staff are available 24 hours a day and are always ready to help. They are very helpful and have a great attitude. The bedding is clean and cozy. The price is very reasonable. It's very close to the train and subway stations.
