B&B Hotel Milano Aosta

The staff was so accommodating with any request given. And just so helpful with recommendations to eat in the city. The location was perfect for us as it was directly across from the train station The daily breakfast offered there was good too.

Rooms were nice and outdoor seating was great for a middle size group.

We were a big group and booked several rooms there. One of the rooms was entered by a thief that stole 10,000 euros and all other valuables. I¿ll provide more details as soon as the investigation is concluded.

Great staff and location . Breakfast was amazing. I would however update your records because the name has been changed to B&B and I you did not inform us.

The location of this hotel is great. It is just opposite to the Milano Centrale. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants are closer to the hotel. We loved it.

I liked it being close to the Centrale Station

The first room given smelled as if there was a dead animal in it for days and I asked for a new room. Also, the crowd on the street next to hotel was not a "pretty" or comfortable one to have to walk through / past.

We loved being near trains and metro. Breakfast was very nice and well presented. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The fan in the bathroom didn¿t work. Couldn¿t get the refrigerator to work. These are very minor complaints when you look at the whole picture. It was more important that it was clean and quiet.

A short walk to Milan Central station and other public transportation. The staff is very nice especially the breakfast buffet crew are very Proffesionals, particularly Carlos. There is a McDonald and Restaurant a few steps from the hotel doorsteps.

There are people hanging out all day and night across the hotel and sometimes they are noisy but if you close your window you will not hear them. They don't bother you and seems to be harmless. Also we prefer having a coffee maker inside the room.

Excellent location. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Very close to the metro and literally in front of the Centrale.

Very loud during weekends. Got woken up by very loud music at 12 am. The music went on until 2 am.

The staff we're very helpful, especially Hotel employees gave us excellent advice about travel and food. Our room was very clean and quiet. It was excellent value for money.

Hotel service was quick and easy. The room was clean.
