- View ! Nice staff ! Thanks James and the team ! So beautiful suite
- The location is superb it is one of the best things in the hotel, but the highlight was the staff. They are extremely professional and friendly Mr. James is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met!
Cons -
- Not a luxury hotel as it described. They do not have a lobby and the entrance is tiny and not noticeable. The soundproof from the Duomo is lack of sufficient.
- Room small
- There’s nothing to hate about this hotel to be honest. I got more than expected.

Room is modern , renovated , furniture in good condition , clean and large
Elevator , access through restaurant or outside the building is not at all convenient and confusing
The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and honest.Special thanks to Mr. James — he was attentive from the moment we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The view of the Duomo was absolutely stunning.
The reception area felt a bit small, and a larger space would improve the experience.
The location Access to the duomo barBreakfast amazing
I stayed in the hotel with my with my son and daughter. My son stayed out late 2 nights and could not gain late access to the hotel . He had to stay with his friends.
Everything!! the bed, the gigantic bathtub the location!!!! The view of the Duomo!! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay to the ending of our trip throughout Europe!!
It was all wonderful!!

IT IS A TRAP DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL!!The worst 5 star hotel I have been to in my life, other than the room everything is badTo get to the hotel, the road was closed we had many luggages. I had to go in and walk around 70 meters from the car to the hotel and get the bell boy.To get to the room, if you take the stairs it is very bad and worn out as shown in photos. There is a smoking smell in the stairs also there is onions smell in the stairs. After that I called booking.com to cancel the booking. Although I had a flexible booking option they said that i need to get the properties’ approval but they rejected. They made in mandatory for me to stay at the hotelBut since the reservation was done through booking I changed the duration of my booking to one night so i can stay the night and go out to another hotel the day after.
I loved everything about the hotel, from the location to staff to the breakfast, everything was on point! Will definitely come back.
My recent stay at The Glamore Milano Duomo was nothing short of fantastic. The manager, Mr. Mido Abdelnour, was truly exceptional—attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring a flawless experience. Their leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, and they went out of their way to make my stay special. The staff were equally impressive, with their warm smiles and willingness to go above and beyond to meet every need. The excellent location and view from the suite was breathtaking. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The services, from the delicious breakfast to the prompt room service, were top-notch. The hotel's amenities added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. What truly stood out was the incredible team. Their genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend The Glamore Milano Duomo to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable experience.

Honestly it’s perfect, the location is super, the hospitality is professional, the food is delicious, and the security is excellent.
Nothing that I didn’t like
Everything was perfect, the location , breakfast , even the other facilities.
Nothing everything was good.
Great location
We had a suite. Was average, very average and despite a bathtub being promised at booking - we didn’t have on first night
The location is unparalleled— even if you had to stand in the bay window of our “Duomo view” room in order to see the cathedral. The room was also huge with large walk-in closet and massive bathroom. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing; the restaurant staff infinitely less so.
The hotel is undergoing some unexplained renovation so access was ratty after hours when the second elevator was closed — we had to bash the line for the club to get to the elevator, which then let us off at the very back of the restaurant which we had to negotiate our way through to get to our room. The elevator doors would also sometimes open on a floor with wires poking out of lighting holes, so it was all quite — let’s say — not 5*.We also hated our bathroom, which was a ginormous sea of faux black marble with ONE small upright radiator by the window, which wasn’t even working when we arrived. To say it was freezing doesn’t begin to capture it. And the lighting in the black shower was a joke. 2 thin light bars that barely let you read the shampoo from the shower gel but which, uselessly, you had the option to change to green or purple. Lastly, I have to comment on the hanging rails in the closet. I had brought several long dresses for La Scala which I ended up draping across chairs in the room as there was no long hanging space! None! Not even long enough for my husband’s suit jacket with pants underneath!
Location and room was large and modern
No lobby at all just a back door or small front door where the doorman would question if you were a guest and ask your room number as if we were unwelcome visitors. Lifts very confusing they don’t all go up to 5th floor, we had to find another one in the rabbit warren of bends and turns to complete journey. Got lost every single day!
Disappointing
There were renovation works in and out the hôtel. Access was complicated. No real reception. No lobby. Back door entrance. Very Disappointing for a five star hôtel . Definitely not worth the price
fantastic location, right next to the Cathedral and the Gallery, new, modern, luxurious rooms, very friendly employees
The hotel location is just in heart of Milan , Amazing staff and service. The staff Misla was amazing she upgraded my room to Dumo view and she offered me a complimentary breakfast. Despite the renovation that is happening in the hotel , there is no noise or distractions. From the floor , the security man name Henry was welcoming us with smile and guid us step be step. I felt home in this hotel.
