The check-in took longer than indicated. It said 1pm but we got our room at 2h30

Hotel is in a very odd location. Quality of hotel. Staff service And food is not at the star level hotel is placed.

I was at the breakfast room 5 min earlier to get a cup of coffee.A tall white raised her voice on me and asked me to get out.This is a 3 star hotel at best.The staff was unfriendly.

Hotel Reservation was the worst to deal with, called 6 times to fix the reservations dates. Te3am wasn't helpful at all.

On the map, the location doesn’t look that good, it appears far from the city center, but it’s actually a great location. The metro station is a 1-minute walk away, and the train station is just a 2-minute walk, from where you can go directly to Malpensa Airport. There is a bus stop literally a 30-second walk away, as well as a couple of tram stops that can take you anywhere. The neighborhood is very calm as well.Also, we arrived well before the check-in time, 3 hours early, to be exact, and since the room was already ready, they let us check in, which was a relief and hugely appreciated !

Breakfast could be better. I mean, the variety of food can be improved. However, since this is Italy and the breakfast culture is quite minimalistic, I think it’s still better than in other similar hotels in the same city.Also, I asked multiple times (Via Booking.com) a simple question about whether I could arrive a little early just to leave two backpacks at the hotel before check-in time, but no one ever replied, which was a bit concerning. Fortunately, we decided to go directly to the hotel early and ask for this favor in person. To our surprise, as I already mentioned in the “what you liked” section, they let us check in 3 hours early since the room was ready, and that was hugely appreciated.

A nice hotel in a very good location as well as staff members are very friendly and welcoming especially Mr. Karim in reception is really helpful and attentive.

Hotel was clean, smelled good. We arrived earlie than the checki-n time and our room was ready and they even upgraded us, which was a pleasant surprise after a tough travel night, so we were grateful for the exceptional service we received.

Location was good, not too center but good enough to visit everywhere.Because it was not in center, it was easy to find not too crowded restaurants just few stops away by subway or tram without any waiting time.

No conditioner at the hotel. Instead of shower cap etc. would have been nice to have conditioner.Other amenities were good.

Hotel is very well situated. Although quite big it did not feel crowded. All the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. breakfast offered wide selection of all varieties including gluten free offer.

Couteous staff. Good location, close to public transportation. Bathroom was tiny especially the shower.. not comfortable. They had a bidet instead of a toto washlet..took up space from having a bigger shower. Breakfast was v good.

Good breakfast. Location is in the centre of Milano but a few km from the main tourist spots. Many good local restaurants in the same or nearby blocks.

Our room had a locked door to the neighbouring room. This door should be isolated - now one can easily follow a conversation in the next door room. Otherwise the hotel is very well isolated and extremelt quite.

Accommodation at this hotel was a great decision. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent staff. I appreciated that the room had a kettle and a small fridge. Breakfast was continental with a wide selection (vegetables, cheeses, eggs, ham, sweet pastries, yogurt, muesli, pancakes, waffles, various cakes, coffee, tea, juices). The location was great – about a 40-minute walk to the Duomo, or around 20 minutes by metro. The metro station was about a 4-minute walk away.

The Staff was really friendly, it was clean, we want to adopt the beds. The location was great, every day we walked to the Duomo (we walk a lot) but you can also take the subway or tram to the city centre.Close to Chinatown and a great Icecream Shop And if you’re a Pokémon Go Player, they have two Pokéstops that you can spin from the hotel

Very good hotel in a nice neighborhood, near Metro Station and Park. Top-level breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very good location even though is not close to the old center, i'ts about 40 minutes walking. Close to very good restaurants and a mall. Very close to the metro station. The staff was very helpfull and nice, Eleonora (if i'm remembering correctly) gave us very good restaurant recommendations.

The shower cabin was a little bit small. We had some noisy neighbours but that is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was ok but not excellent like advertised.

Great location for exploring the city, near to subway and tram routes. Really friendly staff, took time to tell us about things to see in the city. Great choice at breakfast.

It was too hot and we couldn’t make the room any cooler.
