Prices are a bit overboard

Excellent location, very convenient to move anywhere

The only thing was the roadworks just outside the hotel… while I understand that this is not the hotel’s fault, however I would expect a beforehand warning from a 5 star service hotel. In any case the roadwork are temporary so all fine.

They so kindly with as i appreciate the staff in reception they upgraded as to junior suite it was wow really the bad very comfortable I will came again and again the bast hotel in Milano

We have just had the best experience at your hotel from the moment we arrived until the time we left it was amazing. The staff were all so professional, friendly and helpful, the upgraded room was amazing, the breakfast was fabulous and right up until the moment we left, Stefano, the Head Porter was unbelievably helpful to the point of taking us and our cases several streets away to find a car we had booked. He is an absolute credit to your hotel and if you have a monthly employee service award, this man totally deserves it! Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience, we will never stay at Palazzo Cordusio again!! We will be back!

The central location, the cleanliness, the staff, breakfast had a lot of variety

The staff were very welcoming and front desk house manager was very helpful in finding the most suitable room for my stay. The check in process was smooth . The room had all the amenities needed The breakfast was delicious with diverse options. The gym was excellent . The location is the best in Milano within walking distance to all major attractions and shops .

Food at the restaurant in the evening, Room was very noisy, with slamming neighbouring doors, footsteps from the room above, and street noise.

The location is great. You feel the warm welcome from entry and lovely staff on a valet parking always meet you with smile ❤️ breakfast was very good. Bed was soft and big. Room nice, big and warm. Very clean .

No teeth brush in bathroom.

Disappointing

Look and feel not of a park Hyatt standard. Good location but hotel facilities, decoration and lobby are not worth of a Park Hyatt standard. Don’t recommend it for +1.000 eur/night

best location in Milan - not only the proximity to the Duomo, Rinascente and La Scala, but a network of trams and metro made it so convenient to get about town. Staff was very efficient and helpful, attentive to details and super-friendly. Housekeeping was the top of game - they emptied out the trash, changed towels and put personal touches multiple times a day and kept the room amazingly clean. Breakfast was a champion with fresh veggies, scrumptious pastries and a Mediterranean as well as Asian corner for buffet, plus a la carte hot dishes included. Gym was small but functional and 24 hours open

Rooms are a bit small. Sauna was not really practical (took long for heat to build up).

Location, staff, service

The service at this hotel was exceptional and truly sets it apart from other luxury hotels. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that we had a truly memorable stay. Guila was absolutely fantastic and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfect. So close to all of the sights and perfect especially for a first time visit to Milan. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. There were so many choices and everything was so fresh! Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!
