I liked the price initially, but quickly realized why it was so affordable :(

Bed mattress was on floor w/ no frame. No weatherstrip on exterior door. Cold draft. Malfunctioning heater. Additional plug-in electric heater was old and unsafe. Hot water was not always available. Chain saw work in the courtyard at 7am - unbelievable!!!

The size is good.

The hotel's AC and WIFI don't work, it doesn't match the discrimination. It's super hot inside the room, if you open the windows, the bugs come in bite you.

Fair distance to city centre

Very poor condition of rooms, when booking selected double beds and received singles, mattresses are very uncomfortable to sleep on

That is the worse place I stayed

AC was not working. It like live in an oven. I request a Fan. We booked two rooms. Long time later they gave one fan and said it use for both rooms.

It is close to railway station

I never had such a bad experience. Such a worst hotel. The bath room locks were not functioning. Air conditioning is n9ot working. The whole night we burned in the heat climate. I would request you to provide the refund for the same

Room big enough

Only 2 plugs to recharge the phone, one in the little kitchen and one into the bathroom. No carpet to use outside the shower. The room smell a bit musty

Location is not advisable to any tourist. Nearby railway stations are like ghost station after evening

Rooms very small. Bed has coil and foam very thing. Poor light in room

They charged me 30euros more for late arrival while doing check in. And while doing the booking I already mentioned my arrival time. So I don't like the way owner charged extra 30 euros.

The residence is in front of Politecnico di Milano, and the room was alright. The bathroom was spacious and it had everything I needed for a short stay.

Even if I was travelling alone I was given a bedroom for 4 people. The beds are not particoularly comfortable and they are quite small.

Near the station, cafe, and restaurant. They are quite nice to us after few days.

They gave me the wrong room and kept saying it is right at first.....Water drops to the bed from the sealing. Why there's a window on the roof?...

Location. The potential of this hotel to improve a lot with small investments.

Many things are broken in the bedroom. The most important is the air condition, which does not work.

Very good accessebility (two lines). Close to the campus.

The room smelled very smoky despite the non-room sign.Equipping the kitchen with crockery for 2 people would be good.

It was very good place to stay little away from center, but very easy access from metro, just 5 min walk from hotel to metro. I would suggest for budget and comfort.

Its worst experience i had i reached mid night and all paid with my card but at hotel when I reached he demanded same amount and blackmailed me if I don’t pay he wont give the room and cancel my booking with no refund i have no option in midnight so i paid him 76 euros extra so he charged me 149 euros for one night

The location was good close to the Metro station and close to my work place. Staff were good.

There is absolutely no User friendliness as there was no place to keep the soap, they didn’t provide any liquid or bar soap, even the toilet paper had no holder to keep, AC was not working even though it was turning on.
