Hotel Nasco

Great location! Couple of minutes from metro station, also old authentic trams are available. We were walking to the main sightseeings at waking distance is quite ok. The room was comfortable and clean, team is very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was great!

Very good hotel, the staff were helpful & attentive. We even met the owners & they were very welcoming and extremely decent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, the location is a bit far from main attractions, but the tram & metro stations are so close & within walking distance.

The staff is very friendly.. the location is near metro/train station. Breakfast was good. Room size was good as well.

The staff at the hotel were all very kind and considerate! My wife was hospitalized due to a pre-existing condition during our stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception, Michelangelo, was very kind to call an ambulance. Emmanuele, responded promptly when I asked to extend our stay just so our belongings wouldn’t have to be dragged out of the room while we were in the hospital. All the staff asked how my wife was every time I came back to the hotel to take a bath (which I did twice only!) and get some things. Another receptionist (sorry I hadn’t taken her name) was very kind to advise me to ask the waiter in the Breakfast Room for something to bring to my wife at the hospital. The waiter gave me a pre-packaged assortment of single-packed toast, a can of water, breads and fruit and chocolate spreads. When my wife came back to the hospital after being discharged, everyone greeted my wife and asked how she was. This continued until we checked and were extra friendly during the rest of our (extended) stay. We even got reduced rates on our second extension. The food was excellent and the facilities were clean!We had a wonderful time and we can’t thank the hotel enough for being so helpful and considerate when we had our emergency. I hope this review can somehow return the favor, even if in small measure, for all the help, friendliness and consideration that we received during our stay here. Kudos!

Friendly staff, good breakfast

A bit far from city center

The breakfast was lovely and varied, but only luke warm, it needs to be at a higher temperature. The room was spacious, but noisy, due to the tram lines outside.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very kind. The hotel is near the tram station and metro. The room was big and clean. Everything was marvelous. The breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel with amazing staff and a rich and delicious breakfast

The location was a little less suitable for us, far from the center and you have to take the tram or metro. The tram is really close to the hotel, which is a good advantage

The receptionist was very nice. The room was exactly as in the pictures. Location was great to go to San Siro stadium. Breakfast options were great too !

10/10. Loved it. Rooms are very spacious, location brilliant, breakfast delicious. Reception staff are simply the best, helpful and welcoming. Late checkout was very appreciative.

The hotel itself is lovely. We stayed here for the Milano21 half marathon and it was the perfect location! Some nice restaurants nearby which the staff recommended. Staff were welcoming and the rooms were clean! Breakfast was fab too!

The thermostat in the room didn’t work when you needed it to, seemed like the heating only come late at night so we found ourselves quite cold in the evenings before bed. Sadly no plug for the bath that fit and no mirrors to get ready in near a plug for ladies!

Cleanliness, location and staff

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they responded quickly to all questions and even assisted with organizing things before our arrival. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. There was a coffee machine available in the lobby throughout the day.The location is perfect, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel that quickly takes you to the city center.The room, bathroom and all other facilities were spotless. We really enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast area was a bit crowded after 9:30, which isn’t really the hotel’s fault, just something to keep in mind. Before 9am there were always plenty of free tables to enjoy your breakfast.

A very popular hotel even with Italians and great value when you consider a good breakfast was included. The hotel was clean and fairly modern with friendly staff. The hotel was a little further out than expected but Milan is quite a big city with a very good transport sytem. There is a reliable tram which goes directly to the City centre. Housecleaning did a good job so if your are looking for a great value option this would be a good choice. The wifi was very reliable which is great as we had limited mobile data for our 6 night stay.

I had expected more food options locally but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Clean hotel and metro nearby.

Hotel room was not what we reserved on booking.com.No balcony,no bathtube and aircondition is not working,first night +30 degrees,reception promice to send a service but nothing happens.So we shut down aircondition and kept window open,luckily it was not summertime.

Location was great - jumped on a tram downtown and walked back to hotel to experience the city. Had a great tea.

Didn’t have a bar

early check-in. Staff excellent. Comfortable bed and pillows. Balcony in the afternoon sunshine. Really quiet at night. Next to the tram stop. Restaurants nearby.

It was easy to catch the tram outside and into the historical centre It was also close to a pharmacy and a shop that sold toiletries

There was lots of black mould in the bathtub The heating was not working and we felt cold during the night The breakfast area was a little crowded and you had to queue to get a coffee The dining area was underground with no windows so felt a bit stuffy The food was fine but nothing special
