Very very bad hostel. I stay two nights and are the worst nights in my life. Room dirty, bed broken, smell very bad like old sock and trash. Staff very rude, they not help nothing and look angry all time. Bathroom terrible and very scary. Noise all night, people shouting and I cannot sleep zero. This place is disaster, not clean, not good. Please do not reserve here, big mistake, you will regret. Never again.I ask them also for a receipt payment they just answer buy email we gave it to u, be careful also for the check in, in u come late they charge u extra. Unsatisfied and i never seen a place like this, RUN

I did not take the breakfest. Thb did not know they were available. Was payed on arrival was suprised that it was not paid by booking.

The people form the reception are really gentle. The position of the hostel is nice. I shared the room with really nice girls from different cultures.

The room and the bathroom werent clean. Too many noises, We had a baby crying every night in the next room and it was really difficult to sleep, the walls aren’t blocking the noises

- very dirty in the lobby- non organized - it looks like storage, the rooms kind of clean but prison style - we paid for towels (bring your own)- heating work 2 hours and take a brake for 3 hours (we asked for radiator and the temperature was ok)- really bad smell in the lobby and in the rooms

The WiFi was free and the guy at the reception was nice. That's about it.

Everything else was bad! I tried to communicate with them later on and they just stopped answering to my messages.

Good location

The property was extremely dirty, with gum on the wall and generally unhygienic conditions throughout. The staff seemed more focused on making money than providing a good experience, my friend was asked to pay £20 just to help carry my luggage upstairs. Additionally, the hairdryer didn’t work, the shower was uncomfortable and poorly maintained, and overall the stay was far from satisfactory.

Nothing, it was a terrible, horrible experience.

This was by far the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. We had booked two single beds in a mixed dormitory, but the conditions were absolutely unacceptable.The room was extremely dirty, with foul and pestilential odors. The beds looked unhygienic and seemed infested, possibly with bedbugs. The bathroom was in a catastrophic state – dirty, unusable, with feces, urine on the floor, and mold everywhere. It was simply impossible to shower or even step inside.On top of that, we felt unsafe all night since the dorm door could not be properly locked, leaving us worried that strangers could walk in from outside at any moment.Overall, this was a terrible and stressful experience. This place should not be listed on Booking.com in such conditions.

The location, we had a big terrace. Nice price.

Not so much clean and we were freezing in the room during the night.

Hostel in a central position, provided with the minimum services. My room had the bathroom. Staff was nice and available.

Very basic, some of the services were quite old (shower, pillow and mattress).

My experience at this hostel in Milan was unfortunately not very good. The reception staff were not respectful or polite, and the room was not clean. At one point, around 6 a.m., someone from the staff came to wake me up, asking my name and why I was in that bed, which was very strange and uncomfortable. When I checked out, the behavior at reception was again not respectful. Overall, I cannot recommend staying at this hostel.

Even though it wasn't midnight yet, I was still charged 25 euros at a dirty, tiny hostel that I barely managed to find. It's so ridiculous!

The best in this price category! Private shower. TV. Friendly Staff!More better, than i thouth! And near Metro station!

Very poor standard at this...

Very poor hygiene and had to pay “extra” if I wanted sheets on my mattress. This is unheard of. Staff seem unbothered by guests concerns. Very unhygienic and found hair on my mattress and on the floor. Shower was broken. Door to building also broken meaning you get no sleep given the noise it creates whenever people enter/exit the building. Blinds are broken and did not shut properly. No AC so was boiling hot at night.

The bathroom doesn't lock from the inside... The fan in the room doesn't work... The air conditioner isn't there... There's no outlet by the bed, and upon booking it turned out they were there, and there were two outlets that didn't have electricity... There's no ventilation... There's a garbage dump outside next to the window... Room door number 16.

I'm not like this hostel's facilities, arrogant hostel staff. Hostel Old type & Smell in Room & Bathroom. I'm not recommended to stay with anybody in this hostel.

i do a prepaid booking i come to the hotel and the manager said to me we are full and we have another hoter nerby and i was hopeless thats why i go the other hotel and paid dubble this is something like trap

Nothing its rubbish the maneger is sort man like 3 feet he is the main character he make trap for person who is hopeless

I booked The room unaware that it was for woman. I chatted the hostel if everything is ok and all good. I went to the hostel and i got charged like 10 euro for the change of room. Also the room that i got was near a smelly area where stagnant water is located. 2/10 overall.

Right after arrival, there was a terrible smell.The whole private room was quite dirty, and on the last evening, there was no hot water. The water in the bathroom didn’t drain properly.There were ants running around the room.Even for that price, it’s not worth it.I’ve been to various hostels before, and each of them at least tried to appear clean.Charging a €25–50 “late check-in” fee is extremely unprofessional for a hostel. The bathroom, including the toilet in the private room, was quite dirty, and it was freezing inside because the air conditioning had no remote control. We had to sleep under a thin sheet they provided, and since this was in July, I can’t imagine how bad it must be in winter.

Its proximity to the Lambrate station was a major plus point.

The washroom and kitchen could be cleaner, but for a short stay, it was okay.
