Very small, dated, thin walls

Great location, right off of via Dante, clean and comfortable.

Although the room was quite small, we had a great stay. The staff is very helpful, the hotel has a great location and is very safe. I recommend it.

Bathroom size.

Beds were incredibly comfortable. Check in was 10 minutes late but the receptionist offered us free beer and tea. Location is perfect, very close to the main sights.

The location was great.

I booked a room with an external bathroom, but the listing did not specify how far the bathroom was from the room. It turned out to be approximately 15–20 meters away, and there were no bathrobes or slippers provided for use after showering. This means guests are expected to walk barefoot between the bathroom and the room, which is neither hygienic nor convenient.I raised this concern with the receptionist (a blonde lady), but she simply reminded me that the hotel has a two-star rating. Despite my efforts to explain that basic hygiene requirements should still be met, she refused to listen.For these reasons, I do not recommend booking a room with an external bathroom at this hotel. It was inconvenient and did not meet basic hygiene standards.

Location and new make over (design)

I stayed in November. The air con was badly heating the room. I reported the staff about it. But they claimed that it works. However, it was cold and I saw how some other visitors were complaining about the heat, too.

The location was excellent. Easy walkable to everything.

Rooms are very small. Bathroom even smaller.

Staff. There are one pakisitni reception the old one very very rude very aggressive very resist to the Arab. He is screen and shouting and on top of that he cursed me too. I don’t recommend the place at all because of him. Am sure the management of the place won’t do anything. Hope to see the camera kn my check out.

My bathroom was separated from my bedroom. Very weird to have to leave the room to go to the bathroom. It was never specified in the booking that this was the situation.

No complimentary water or coffee at the room

The location of the property is wonderful and the value that you pay is great because Milan can be a bit expensive. So for the price, you get a good place to stay but would not recommend for an extended stay.Would not get the breakfast here a short walk two blocks away will get you an amazing breakfast for €20 a person. Huge buffet.

Our room was very strange. Our bathroom was at least 30 feet down the hallway past eight other rooms. Not sure if the other rooms had the bathroom in their room The bathroom was very clean and very nice no issues with it other than the destination to it.What was weird was when my wife or I would open the bathroom door down the hall a bright light would turn on over the bed in our room, which makes no sense. So someone gets up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and the bedroom lights up like crazy had to put a cardboard cover over it to keep it from waking each other up.

Absolutely incredible position, just in front of Castello Sforzesco and walking distance from the heart of the city. Incredible staff like Mohammed, kind, informed and supportive at all times. Functional room, cozy and efficient.

Amazing location in the heart of Milan and walkable to the main area. Perfect room size for a solo traveler. Balcony was nice to have too. Amazing price, definitely would stay again.

The room was small but very comfortable and clean. The hotel was close to everything-train station going to Milan Malpensa airpirt, Duomo and shipping streets. The staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend!!!

The location is great. It’s compact yet clean, and it has almost everything you need just to stay.

Water is quite expensive. I could purchase the same sized bottle for almost one third the price from the nearby restaurant for take away.

Location is super good ! Although the room is tiny but function well! 24hrs front desk is a nice feature. Will stay again for this location! Walkable distance to Cadorna Train station.

In a great spot but very quiet at night. Close to all the popular landmarks.

The room, and especially the shower, was very small. There is a motion detector light on the bathroom/shower that was constantly switching the light off and on, even if you didn't obviously move for 2 seconds.
