    Cons -

    • Terrible, horrible experience. This hotel does not even deserve one star.Absolutely unacceptable. The room was dirty, the bed sheets and towels were not changed, and there was no toilet paper provided. Basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. The reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Instead of assisting guests, they made everything more complicated and treated us badly. On top of that, I was scammed. By mistake, I booked two rooms and immediately asked for a cancellation, but they refused without any reasonable explanation. What’s even worse is that they did not even give me the keys for the second room that I paid for. This is shameful and dishonest.I want this message to reach the management because this behavior is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Metro station in 2 min walk can take you to Duomo in 10-15mins. Train stop infront of the door of the hotel. Train 9 can take you right to Central Train station - Centrale FS. PAM supermarket and lots of lovely restaurants with great food in the area. And its very calm compared to the central parts of the city. I reccomend AUuM restaurant and Antica Pizzeria Fiorentina. The hotel it self is at the 6th floor of a building. It has a 24/7 reception. We had to book it in 3AM after a cancelled flight. Its clean and very warm. Our visit was durring new year's eve and the weather was very cold -2 to +4. We booked 2 rooms and both had very large balcony with great view. The price is also very very good for the city.

The elevator is very very small. 2ppl+1-2 bags luggage MAX. But it was not big problem. The door to the bathroom is very wierd (at least for us) and it may strike you as not very private. But it does close well. Still i would suggest if the hotel can change those doors with a regular one with a lock. The room 112 we were in, was a bit small but that was not a problem for us. The biggest problem for us was the noise. Our room was right next to the reception and we could hear everything ppl were saying there. Especially if someone laughts or talk loud. It happened like.. only 2 times over 3 days there.. But i can imagine in fully booked season this may be a problem. Anyway our stay was alright and calm.

Central location easy access to metro

Busy main road so it was quite noisy especially on a Saturday evening with the Tram noise. Reception on top floor not obvious on first arrival to the hotel.

It was a brilliant family room with a balcony. I have stayed in hotels in many cities but this is first time the children could get a separate room in the main room at an affordable price.

Good location near the metro, shops, restaurants etc. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The free continental breakfast was really good especially as the pastries were individually wrapped. The room had a covered balcony which was unexpected but lovely. They had sachets of shower gel in the bathroom. The room had a safe, fridge, plenty wardrobe space, t.v.Hotel kept your luggage for !€5 which was really good as our flight wasnt till early evening.

We were in room 112 so it was a little vestibule with 2 other rooms and a disabled toilet, next to the entrance so was quite noisy when other guests came in but couldn't be helped. There was no hand towel so you had to dry your hand on your bath towel.Only 1 socket which had a 3 plug extention in so you had to charge phones/hair dryer/straighteners etc in the 1 place. The seal on the fridge didn't work properly. The shower head didn't come off the bracket & the door was a concertina type door that didn't give much room to get in/out.

The receptionist was trying his best to make us comfortable

The toilet and bathroom were too tiny and cramped. It was difficult to get to the sixth floor a d the directions were t good

Good location not far.from the centre.Cheap and cheerful but that's what we wanted. It had a balcony.

6th floor so a bit of a climb. Small room but it's Milan city centre and it's cheap.

nice pleasant staff reasonably quiet budget hotel - nice & clean - well located & all facilities as needed perfect for a few nights

room & bathroom small but not really a problem. Lack of blinds to blackout room on first night sorted out with curtains installed quickly by helpful staff

It is a good location by side of the metro.

It is an old hotel, should have some renovation. It was not possible to come inside of the building night late and had no information how to access it. We took 10 minutes to pushed all bottom available to find out the reception answered.
