    • Good breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable room, service and guidance also valid, good access to get around by bus since the stop to go to the center is in front of the lodging

    Cons -

    • Facility was quite dated and may need some upgrading. There are signs or wear and tears on the interior room finish. No elevator with means if you have big luggage it will be good workout. The functionality of the bathroom can be improve.
    • Very very old hotel,, rooms are small and old furniture, not recommended at allYou can 50 $ and stay in very nice hotel then this dirty one
    • Property is old and decorated in Art deco style. It needs to be updated. But would probably cost too much. It’s a bit noisy with the tram stop.

The staff was very nice and helped us navigate the area and also fixed us a nice cappuccino in the morning. It’s right across the street from a tram stop

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Some of them didn't speak any English, but they succeeded in trasmiting what was important.

The pillow was way too big and hard, the mattress was a little going towards the middle of the bed. I saw some ants on the floor and bed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and noise level was good. It was so convenient to the light rail to the Duomo. Parking is included and so is a continental breakfast. They make a wonderful cappucino.

The hotel is a bit run down and old fashioned. The neighborhood felt safe but not in a beautiful neighborhood.

The hotel is in a good location. With tram 24 you can go to the center in 20 minutes. Everything is clean. The staff is nice. The bathroom has a great shower and it's big. You have air conditioning. The parking is free! The big supermarket is 10 minutes walk.

It's old and if you get a room to the street it is very noisy. The breakfast is really small and almost nothing to choose. The air conditioning in the room is a problem. You can't set it up. It's too cold or too hot in the summer. There is no elevator. There is no value for money.

Tram station was directly across the street, free onsite parking, convenience store next door for some cold drinks and snacks, breakfast in the morning, and AIR CONDITIONING!

I like the staff, they were so helpful even in my crisis when I lost my bag ? at metro station. Breakfast in the morning felt so good and daily room service keeps you sorted all the time. I didn’t like the location, although it is well connected via Tram but metro stations are lilttle bit far away.

The hotel had a very nice vibe, with the building being old. The staff, especially the man was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Room had everything one would need during a two night stay with a budget. Rooms were very spacious and I loved the high ceilings.

The hotel seems like it has not been renovated in a while. Old watermarks on walls, shower, walls and floor definately were out of date. The breakfast was very minimal with a few packaged options of pastry and coffee. Not special diet friendly i.e. Gluten free, lactose free, vegan, etc. were not accounted for

    Convenient location.Decent breakfast.

Poor sound isolation - windows don't even close tightly and the street is very noisy - bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones.Clunky bed, cheap pillows, worn out towels, no hair dryer.

    good location

we couldn't find how to open the curtains for the windows, the room wasn't clean at all l, you could hear the noise outside

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and kind. The location is amazing, we were just walking to the city center (around 25 min walk), but it is a good access to any public transport too. We enjoyed our breakfast and our time in the Hotel Apollo.

Rooms are large and clean. Classic tools and design. Hotel staff was kind.

Breakfast should be better. Unfortunately, there was no hot water due to some mechanical issue. They probably fix it but it affect us.

    6ApostolisPosted on: 10-30-2024

The tram line 24 was exactly outside the hotel which was really convenient because in 20 minutes you were near duomo! The room was big.

They could barely speak English. During our 6 nights they didn't change the bedsheets!! The walls were dirty.

The location was quite good. The staff was nice.

I would describe the hotel as a small prison. I was kind of misled by the pictures - I was expecting a small authentic Italian hotel, but actually I got an old and unmaintained place. our room was small, uncomfortable and squeaky bed. I wrote above that the hotel is like a prison, because the external blinds on all the windows of the hotel were down and it is impossible to raise them and let in natural light. the worst of all was that the noise from the street was unbearable - every car, noise or tram could be heard as if the window was open, and it was not open.. for the breakfast I will not even comment - packaged croissants and biscuits.. ridiculous.

    8WiktoriaPosted on: 10-20-2024

It was lovely place with a soul. Comfortable beds and spacious clean rooms, towels were changed every morning. Hotel on the main street- Very close to tram. Close to the small stores and cafes. Graf staff, helpful and nice.

Well… coffee was great but I would prefer something more for a breakfast, maybe vegetables and cheese. Also showers are in need of renovation. I don’t like leaving keys when leaving but it wasn’t a disadvantage.

Plenty of hot water, the managers wig ( I think it's a wig, if not, he puts significantly more effort into his hair than his hotel).

Plain and drab decor, distant from the city centre, extremely poor breakfast (coffee and croissant, no meat, eggs, yoghurt or pretty much anything else), no facilities of any kind, not even a bar. This was hugely overpriced for what you get and failed completely to meet any of my expectations.

    7CezarPosted on: 10-6-2024

The breakfast was better than expected, considering it was included. The coffee was nice, the staff was nice.

Everything inside the room was pretty old. There was enough space though and the bathroom came with shampoo and conditioner.
