They holding my money on the card, not release it until I asked for, which already almost 3 weeks after I left the hotel. And cause me a big problem on using my credit card. How come their finance team unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Quiet location but also short walk to everything good in Milan. The service was exceptionally, especially the concierge was above expectation.

The price is a bit expensive doesn’t give you the ability to stay longer in Milan city

The hotel and stay was exceptional, my wife enjoyed her spa service, however my spa service was less than exceptional. The service felt rushed and was not relaxing. If the spa service was on par with the hotel and stay, this would be a 10 for us.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed linen of excellent quality.

There seemed to be shortage of staff in the bar/cafe area. Also the wifi didn’t work.

This is our third visit to the hotel and the first after Covid. It’s an amazing hotel with great spa facilities. the staff is very helpful and helped organizing everything we needed.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room service was excellent and the spa was great too. The entire hotel seems very well run and clean.

I would say it was a shade overpriced but then all the top tier hotels in Milan seem to be too.

chic hotel in the downtown. walking distance to Brera shopping area. Very friendly staff , nice spa, lovely garten, room is very clean, bed is very comfortable.

To expensive cap from Linate airport charge 150 euro. 20 minuten. normal price 25. oké a Mercedes but not worth the money.

There was only one good Valet guy, who was always ready to help and he was 3 days with a smile on his face.

Hello, we have been there for 3 daysWaiters are lazy, forget about you... however there is not so many tables.Room was bad, I had a taxi from the hotell for free - he delayed for 55 minutes. so i took on my own. for 2500 Eur per night.. never will come back

The room was spacious. The property was clean. Most of all, the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. 15 minute walk to Duomo di Milano and many popular sights. Superb for business travel as well. Stay in this hotel.
