Pros +
- Close to metro.

- The front desk staff (owner?) was kind and amicable. He helped us switch rooms due to noisy neighbors. The decorations in the common areas were pleasing, and the check in process was easy. The location near the Susa metro was great for a quick stop after a late arrival in Linate.
Cons -
- I have to say, this was hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in—and I've stayed in quite a few places around the world. I've been in hotels, motels, Airbnbs, hostels—you name it—but nothing quite hit the level of "oh no" like this place. Sure, the price is nice for Milan, but honestly, do yourself a favor and stay in another town and just commute back in the morning.Let's start with the bed. It was so bad that I was rolling to the side not just because it was uncomfortable—oh, it was definitely uncomfortable—but because the mattress felt like a relic from times long before even my granma was born. The springs were so worn out that some of them just gave up on life and didn't spring back at all, so the mattress was all crooked and lumpy. But hey, it turned out it didn't matter that the bed was a torture device, because we couldn't sleep anyway thanks to the club next door blasting music until 3 a.m. We were on the top floor (third or fourth floor, I've lost track of floors at this point) with no elevator and these super narrow stairs. So not only could we not sleep because of the mattress, we couldn't sleep because of the impromptu rave happening downstairs. And just to top it all off, the hotel was filthy—broken toilet, a shower I didn't even want to look at, dirty walls, visibly btoken chair, and hairs on the sheets and towels pointing at probably not washed stuff. The staff was nice, though they didn't speak English, so bring a translator app. In the end, I really can't recommend this enough—recommend you avoid it, that is! Do yourself a favor and pick LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
- Exposed electrical wiring in bathroom Furniture is worn-out It would be a Life Saver after surviving hot long day to have in each room kettle to make a tea. Kettle is only available in the reception.
- The rooms were hot and without A/C. They were also somewhat in disrepair. The fan didn't help much against the heat, the toilet lid was broken, and the door frame was damaged around the latch, making me question how secure the room was.

Location otherwise exceptionally poor.
Everything. Exceptionally poor. Poor beds, Poor Bathroom.Terrible decor.
Great location. Friendly English speaking staff
Room was very bad. Bathroom was a mess - toilet seat broken, mirror broken, wires exposed. Bed super uncomfortable because springs were poking in back.
To hot in the room Toilet seat
New toilet seat and good split

Bossman Mr Giovanni made this a memorable stay
Facilities were pretty gruesome but what do you expect for a cheap hotel. It served its purpose
Very nice personel. No language problem. A very nice place. Close to metro station and clean cool neighborhood
Room very dirty. In the bathroom in the shower a lot of black fungus. Also a problem with water. it was either cold or hot with no way to change it. Very poor water pressure. The lack of air conditioning or even a fan is also a big problem in the summer. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep. No fridge.
Nothing!
Very old bathroom facilities. NO lift! Dust everywhere.
The owner ( staff )
Everything. Facilities are really bad, especially the electricity. I didn't dare to shower, because the broken shower will make the water squirted out to the electric wire.
We managed to book last minute, because our original accommodation fell through. Had a bed and a somewhat working toilet
Very dodgy looking. Seemed like everything would just fall apart if you touched it.
The bed sheets and towels were clean. The reception always open.
The room and toilet not good condition. No air con thank thank god no mid summer. No internet. It was expensive on Formula weekend and and really was not comfortable.

Cleanliness Not.Air.conditionerDirty floorsThe Bathroom was almost destroyed Falta de limpieza Pisos suciosEl baño estaba casi destruidoNo tenía aire acondicionado
Really friendly people trying to help us. They even explained how to use the bus, where there was a pssticcedis etc.
There was no airconditioning and that made it really hot in the summer. Perhaps they could repair the airconditioning in the room? The fan didn’t help. The picture of the room is much nicer than reality…
Very poor
Room smelt smoke, only hot water in the sink, building phonic isolation extremely bad, room's floor and especially walls not clean at all. There where a switch to light on my room light from the outside corridor (for real !) . You need to give back your keys and wait to take them back each time you leave and enter the hotel...
Friendly host, not far from the City center
Quite old fashioned and not renovated
Location is ok near metro
1 to 10 all bad
Area near mrt
No elevator
Was good and simple and did my part
The fact they have a small shower and no space to leave the soap at
