Disappointing

the whole hotel need a refresh. The bed linen, although clean, were strip and had more holes. The central heating radiators were to hot and could not be turned lower or off because the rotation plastic thermostate was not present or broken. Shower had a missing door so the water was coming out on the ground when showering. It is more a 2 star hotel than a 3 star.

The property is at very bad location very unhygienic. The beds are having beds are smelly staff is so greedy no room service

Staff was super friendly and helpful,Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Strong smell of cigarettes in the room (clearly ingrained in the curtains/bedding etc). Made me struggle to sleep with the coughing. Light went bust as soon as I plugged my phone charger in.

Friendly helpful staff. Working lift so we didn’t have to carrying our case up the 3 flights of stairs

The location was the only decent thing, but honestly, I’d rather sleep on the damn street than stay here again.

This dump is the worst excuse for a hotel I’ve ever suffered through. Two nights cost me 316€, and they had the audacity to charge 10€ per day for so-called ‘air conditioning.’ What air conditioning? The room stayed hot as hell even after 30 minutes. When I complained, the staff didn’t just ignore me, they were downright rude, yelling at me like I was too stupid to know how an AC works. Then they moved us to another crappy room with a cheap air cooler that blew useless air and did nothing. We tried to leave and cancel, since Booking.com clearly states same-day cancellations are possible, but the hotel flat-out refused. Scam artists! Honestly, if the room was 70€ a night, maybe I’d let it go. But at this price, it’s daylight robbery. I hate this pathetic hotel with a passion, it completely ruined our trip.

We stayed in a room for three people, and while it was very spacious. The Wi-Fi was decent, and the location is convenient, being close to the train station.

The overall experience didn’t quite match the price. The bathroom was old and outdated, and the shower tiles had visible mold.After the first night, my children woke up with insect bites all over their bodies. We were told they were likely mosquito bites from having left the windows open, though I wasn’t bitten myself. The hotel did offer free air conditioning for the second night (normally €10 per day), which was a nice gesture.Although we stayed for two nights, the room was not cleaned during our stay—though fresh towels were provided. The listing mentioned an on-site coffee house, but it was only open for breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m., with no access to the kitchen after that.

The staff very friendly

Well to be honest, when I booked I wasn’t aware I had to pay extra for parking and AA… so at the end I paid around £130 which is the same for a hotel which includes parking and AA but better… But maybe that is more to do with the way hotel.com present the price and costs than with the hotel itself

had a bed that was broken, they did try to fix it, knowing that was gonna brake again, weird stains in the all around the wall... toilet and shower was falling off and the breakfast included... well is better to don't pay for the "breakfast".

Parking of the hotel was practical because finding a free space on the streets of Milano is almost impossible. It was no real parking lot but 2 on the street parking spots directly in front of the hotel. If you really need a parking spot is seems good to order one in advance to make sure you have a place.The room was recently cleaned and there were clean bath linnen.

When entering the room it was directly clear that somebody had been smoking there. Had to sleep with the window open to cancel out the very unpleasant odour.The room (and hotel as a whole) was not in splendid shape and surely not worth a 3-star rating (anymore).The elevator was broken and the room wasn't maintained properly (filthy walls, broken stuff, ....). A pitty because last minute they gave me 'another better room' (which make me wonder in what condition the other rooms are).

They need to renovate the bathroom, it's has molds. The door is broken, and the fan is broken as well.
