Excellent stay in Milan. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Centrale Station and just two blocks from the M1 Metro, making it incredibly easy to reach the Duomo in around 10 minutes. The property was spotless, well maintained, and felt very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the stay. I would absolutely choose this hotel again over any name-brand option.

The hotel was very nice. The room sizes are good by Italian standards — not very spacious, but still very comfortable. The staff were beyond kind and helpful. We were a big family with elderly members and babies, and they never hesitated to help. They even offered assistance before we asked and surprised us with complimentary room upgrades, which made our stay even more special.I definitely recommend this hotel. We truly appreciated our stay. The brunch and dinner being complimentary was also a wonderful bonus.

Staff went over and above to make us feel welcome. Even dropped a treat to my room when they realised it was my birthday. The free food and drink buffet is such a nice touch and was much appreciated. Rooms are small, but modern and very comfortable. It is really close to the metro which took us to the Duomo in a couple of stops and also to the airport. Definitely the easiest and cheapest option.It is small and business style, but if you need a great base to explore Milan I would definitely recommend this hotel

They truly made us feel valued.We requested (and received) an accessible room with a walk-in shower due to mobility needs. Though street-facing, noise was never an issue thanks to excellent soundproofing. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped: a coffee machine, a generously stocked minibar fridge with snacks and drinks, and a comfortable lounge chair for relaxing.What truly sets this hotel apart is its unique co-working space, where we enjoyed Italian delicacies and cocktails (at an extra charge) while unwinding after a full day exploring the city—a perfect spot to recharge.We were always greeted warmly by Claudia in the evenings and Alexander in the morning both charming and super friendly. Location-wise, it's just one block from a metro station for easy access across Milan, and a pleasant 25-minute walk takes you to the Duomo and the glamorous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, with plenty of shops along the route.Overall, AXYHOTELS InnStyle delivers a genuine 4-star experience—stylish, attentive, and packed with thoughtful extras—at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of Milanese flair without the premium cost.

Everything was outstanding.

This hotel is fantastic. The reception is super friendly and helpful, and it has free drinks and food all day long. The room is also spacious and clean, definitely better than my expectation.

Very nicely designed hotel in a great location, 15 minutes from the Duomo and train station. The included snacks and drinks was amazing and Alex made our breakfast every day delightful. Thank you, Alex ??

The rooms were a little stuffy and warm so make sure to keep the windows open all day so the room is comfortable at night.

Exceptional hotel, breakfast excellent and addressed any dietary concerns ( celiac and lactose) perfectly situated, safe, clean and very comfortable Davide gave us an excellent recommendation to eat at Elias restaurant and it was authentic, local and very well worth the value

Rooms are big and well decorated. The staff is very attentive to any request. Location is good to get to anything worth visiting in Milano.The food excellent and served all day long. They really strive to establish a different standard of hospitality.

The distance from the Milan central station needs a walk with luggages, maybe a shuttle service will be nice, but if you can use metro with luggages that will be fine

An amazing experience! From the very first step into the hotel to the moment of check-out. The staff truly impressed us with their politeness and warmth. Delicious food throughout the day, along with coffee breaks in the hotel lobby, made our days even better. The room was very clean, bright, and spacious. We are incredibly grateful to your team for this experience and for our stay in Milan! You make us want to come back again and again!

This was by far the most amazing hotel stay for me in years.We really were surprised how good staff did their job. Every single member of it. So much care, friendliness.The location is very convenient. The cleanliness, food, drinks - all of it was top. But most of all - care and attention from the staff.Definitely recommend! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was noisy on the street at night.

Excellent place very close to the metro, spacious room, we also had a small balcony (it was relatively cold so we didn't stay there)The staff is exceptional, welcomed us very nicely, answered every question, request.The breakfast is great and you can order eggs or pancakes as you wish.There is a meal almost all day long that includes sausage, cheese, cakes, fruit, coffee and more. The room has a free mini bar with drinks, beer, peanuts etc.

At the entrance there were several steps to climb until you reach the elevatorNot bad but not suitable for those with disabilities

A fantastic hotel with an exceptional level of service. Excellent location. Wonderful breakfasts, a wide selection of drinks (and delicious cappuccino ?). Beautiful, modern hotel design, everything is genuinely very clean and well maintained.I was very pleasantly impressed by the attention to details (things like a hygienic cover for the remote control or a hair tie included in the bathroom amenities). Sincere thanks for the opportunity to attend brunches—at times this really helped optimize my schedule during the trip.Overall, a wonderful experience—it truly felt like they genuinely care about you here. Very pleasant impressions, and my heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel team.
