Pros +
- Great location and service.
- The location is good, near to Gioia metro station
- The apartment was clean and modern. Our unit was small but perfect for our needs and it was super quiet and the shutters closed for privacy. The staff was excellent.
Cons -
- Please refill your bath soap and shampoo. It was empty in the room 127. Thanks.
- Poor value for money. The room is extremely small but the price is extremely high. It is described as an hotel but in reality is falls under innkeeper, for this reason the municipality of Milan charges a higher tax of 9.5€ per person. Finally is has nothing to do with “Design”, as it is a very common apartment.
- Not much to say but room was small for what we are accustomed to.

Great location with restaurants and transportation options, and good value. Helpful staff.
No 24 hour receptionist. Unclear signage as to what part of the otherwise occupied apartment building you have your room in. No restaurant. Breakfast voucher is for a basic bar across the street.
Big tv, happy good staff, comfy beds, very clean room and shower also aestethic,Hotel is close to metro station, totally worth it, there is minifridge glasses spoons, kettle, little snacks
Everything was good. The hotel is clean and at a good location.
The only detail I didn’t like was the check-in process. There is no one to greet you after certain time, so you have to self-check in. As long as you’re aware of that (I wasn’t), you should be fine.
Fantastic location in Isola, with lots of restaurants, etc.Very clean rooms, nice touches like toiletteries, coffee, free bottled water.Nice shower
The room is truly tiny. There is no way the room is anywhere near the advertised 161 sq ft. The width is two twin beds with tiniest of night stands each; the length is adding maybe 3 ft to the foot of the bed (and that's a generous estimate). The place is not a hotel, rather a refurbished city apartment. There is no reception. When there are small problems (e.g., wifi didn't work most of the time), you send a WhatsApp message and wait an hour for a response. Or when we ran out of toilet paper because there was only part of a roll, there was no one to ask.
Great location.
Small room and no human to check us in.
Do not stay here. Very small rooms. Bad location.
Do not stay here. The photos of the room are misleading—while they make it look like a normal-sized space, the actual room is extremely small (less than 100 sq ft). The building appears to be a converted apartment with no proper lobby or common areas. The reception manager was unhelpful and is only present during limited hours, leaving in the afternoon and not returning until 11 a.m. We reached out for assistance in the evening, but our messages were completely ignored. The room itself was dusty and poorly cleaned. While the location may seem close to Milan’s central district on a map, it’s actually inconvenient and not ideal.
I liked that everything was trendy and new. It was very well kept. The staff was amazing! It should be noted that they aren’t there most of the time but if you need anything at all, they will accommodate.
There are a couple little things and they are all design features. There is no room darkening curtain between the sheer and the window so the light will wake you up and there is nothing to dampen the noise from outside. Also, the spigot in the bathroom doesn’t flow into the basin when washing. It’s aesthetically pleasing but functionality is a miss.
Poor
The actual size of the room compare to the photos are day and night. We didn’t have hot water for 3night, just Luke warm.
Bathroom was nice
The room was tiny, nothing like in the pictures. Also, they provided us with earplugs, which we should have realised was a red flag as we had the worst sleep ever, being awake from someone cleaning outside from 2am onwards
Uncomfortable and misleading from listing.
NOT a hotel. Tiny bathroom. Barely fit in shower. Very Noisy from street activity. No blackout curtains.
Super clean room and bathroom… great rain shower and comfortable bed and pillows! Its a plus the fridge in the room and the amenities in the bathroom. Excellent communication, we loved the service of the luggage room before and after our stay there! they even offered us to take the umbrella with us after the check out! Amazing neighbourhood with lots restaurants and bars
no RECEPTION NO COMMON AERA ONLY STAFF CONTACT BY WHATS APPTHIS WAS LIKE AN AER BNB NOT A HOTEL
ALL THE ABOVE
Good location, new interior, reasonably clean.
There are lots of dust bunnies under the bed - try to sweep / vacuum there more often. Not enough storage (shelves, closets, bedside table with storage below), couldn't unpack three days worth of cloths and room isn't large enough to keep a suitcase opened.
I liked how they thought about everything even the earplugs, the bed is comfortable,
it waas sold as a hotel, it is just rooms in a building, and the location is near a metro station but the GPS did not work well the rooms are too small for a couple with two luggage. The shower water was not hot enough
The hotel location is just perfect (next to Isola metro station and Porta Garibaldi train station) and very convenient for visiting the city. The room had all the amenities needed, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Congrats to your staff member Serena for being so kind, responsive and helpful during all our stay.I completely recommend this excellent value for money hotel to anyone that is planning to visit Milan.
As a suggestion: It would be great to have a locker room available for people that need to leave the luggage in the hotel after 4.30 pm (reception is only available until 4.30pm).
The hotel is located in a residential area with good connections to transport and main sights of Milan, but the most exceptional part of our stay was the concierge Serena. I was sick during most of our stay, and Serena was so thoughtful and kind - even doing us the extra favor of meeting a food delivery person at the front door and bringing it up to our room. There is a very lively Saturday market on the piazza just outside the hotel, as well as many good restaurants, takeaways, and gelato shops.
The only issue was a few very loud people in the piazza on Saturday and Sunday night, but the hotel thoughtfully supplied earplugs for us!
Great location, friendly staff
