iH Hotels Milano Ambasciatori

Location, wifi & breakfast are fantastic.

Room is hot, air conditioning does not work well, but they gave us a fan. The hotel was initially a bit hard to find.

I loved our room and the view

Staff wasn’t very accommodating

Close to main shopping and Duomo. Metro very close, so easy to get train back to airport.

Our room was very hot on arrival and no signs of an ac. Kept shutters and windows open and it cooled down the next day

Location Good breakfast

- My room looked quite old. Many things did not work. The light in bedroom did not switch off , unless you shut down the whole light in the room. If you shut down the all system, then chargers don’t work as well. So either u sleep all night with light but you can charge your cellphone, or you sleep normally but you cannot charge/go to bathroom without light too.- no where in room was written number of reception. You need dress up and go down physically to ask which number to call- personal on reception is not client oriented and friendly.

Location. Roof top bar and breakfast

Air con was abit eccentric

Location , staff , rooftop.

Room a little small and outdated.

Rooms a bit outdated

The location was excellent - in the heart of Milan. Staff was very friendly , professional and helpfull.

The bathroom was very old and did not feel and smell clean.

Amazing staff who will do anything to accommodate you

The rooftop bar told us to leave when we walked in. Apparently all booked but they let our children in. Very strange I would avoid

Hotel is in perfect location to see Milano, to go shopping, restaurants, cafes etc. Everything is so close. Staff is very good. Breakfast is very rich with a variety of quality products. Rooms are big with all amenities. Everything is perfect.

The only thing I can mention is that rooms need some renovation which is negligible when you consider the location, service, breakfast and price.

Excellent reception staff, helpful, patient and kind. Very polite and ready to sort any problems.Clean rooms. Very good location.

Good breakfast though pity that warm selection e.g. omelette charged extra.

The location is amazing. The room was clean and very comfy. Staff were really helpful. Would love to come again.

Excellent location

Room was a little cold and not possible to amend the temperature

Terrible service. They asked for...

Terrible service. They asked for my credit card as a security deposit in case of any damage and never returned it. They told me it would be given back when I checked out, but when I was leaving they said they didn’t have it. They refused to take responsibility and wouldn’t even review the security cameras. I absolutely do not recommend staying there.

I almost always stay in this hotel everytime I visit Milan. It’s so central that everything is walking distance, just right behind the Duomo. The room was very clean, provided with a lot of necessities and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it!
