Easylife - FL Suite in Centrale

The one good thing about this stay was the location, right across from the train station as we were only staying for one night and had an early train the next morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked because of the available A/C. The air conditioning in the room was broken. Staying in July, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. It was a ground floor room so opening the windows meant a lot of foot and vehicle traffic just above our heads. It was far too noisy and did not feel safe to leave the windows open overnight. As soon as we arrived in the room, we messaged the host about the issue, but never received a response. Additionally, the hot water in the shower ran out after about 20 minutes and immediately became ice cold. Following our stay, we again contacted the property about the issues, but have still never received a response. The booking was definitely not worth the value of our stay.

Location seems to be ideal

It was an apartment not a hotel. They send an email at 2 AM saying that the room we booked wasn't available, send a hyper link to book another room, contacted Booking. Com and they weren't helpful, they tried to sell us another stay at twice the amount we booked this place. They gave us a number for customer service in the UK!! We were in Europe and couldn't call the number in the US. Unhelpful, unethical and please stay in a hotel where they have 24 hours service. This is the last time we use booking. com

relativity clean

horrible check in process, rude and childishly defensive staff that took an hour to respond, the bed smelt like something rotten, there was only 5 minute of hot water, there was no acoustic insulation with the hallway, one could hear people having trouble getting into their equally tiny rooms for hours on end, there were hard bangs coming from upstairs all night long, the fridge right next to the bed kept turning on and off also creating unexpected noise… All this for an exorbitant $120 euros mid week and off peak (no major events)z

Good for quick layover near Milano Centrale

Self check in, no contact with staff other than a cleaning person who was nice and tried to be helpful. The email instructions were good. Patrons must be able to have access internet to gain entry to property. This was an issue for us due to other unforeseen circumstances

It was very close to the train station; It was clean and had everything necessary inside.

It was difficult to identify as there’s no signs outside saying it’s a hotel. It’s just a giant metal gate.

Modern interior. Easy instructions on how to access. Excellent location, lovely clean room and nice size bathroom with a great shower. Big comfortable bed

Could have done with more than one coffee pod but that is only a tiny observation which didn’t impact our stay at all!

Jacuzzi

Bed was not really comfortable. We didn’t sleep all night the noice is terrific. The window on half floor face on Main Street next to bus station and garage entrance next to our window.

The room was very nice, clean, in a great location, we were allowed to check-in a little earlier There were two bottles of water in the fridge, ear plugs on the bed. We could also watch Netflix on the Smart-TV, which was nice.

The bathroom was cold, as well as the bedroom. But the staff brought in a radiator.

There is a jacuzzi, but you cannot fill it with hot water because the boiler is simply too small ;/

Location and the cleaner was friendly

The messing around with passports online. I thought it was a scam asking for my passport. We had to connect to service provider at the property to complete our booking. Taxi driver didn’t even know where it was. Was very noisy and could hear people in the street and stomping around upstairs. I would not recommend to anyone.

Close to the railway station Clean

Lack of respect, I encountered many issues with entering the hall and no one answered, entering the hall was a nightmare. None answered so had no help . I had to wait until somebody else came with another code number to be able to enter as the code number they gave me didn’t function.The room was cold , no heating, the device for turning off the fan didn’t work so the fan was ventilating the room when the air was cold . Another nightmare.When wanting to take a hot shower to warm myself the water turned to be cold after some minutes as it was not enough hot water in the boiler.

Location is convinient, and the room was pretty good

The shower area has no door so bathroom can get very messy very quickly.Also since it is competly automated if there is an issue, expect some delay from the staff in responding

Loud, can hear the smallest bit of noise from other rooms, and people outside, thin walls and windows.

The apartment was clean and quiet and central

At least I house front desk staff for interaction and direction.

The place is ok and close to the train station and metro

The place is ok, for us too close to the train station, so the noise, despite closed windows an issue with taxi and uber rank right outside, slamming doors.....Also, as there are no staff, everything is managed by codes, you can't turn to anyone, like during our night, when the neighbouring room had really loud music until 3am!Not a good system sorry
