Hotel Milano Navigli

Location was excellent and the room was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff were kind and the location was good.

The Bed was terrible, the sleeping mattress was hollow and you could sink into it. Also, the trafic sounda was terrible, it was in the midle of the room, specialy in the midnight, sounds of the cars passing.

Hotel Milano turned out to be a gem in the heart of the city — perfectly placed for tourists who want to explore without needing a GPS degree or a sturdy pair of hiking boots. Everything worth seeing seemed just a cappuccino’s distance away (or in my case, a chai).The real stars, however, weren’t marble or mosaics — they were the people. Edit and Amir at the reception desk deserve a standing ovation for their warmth, professionalism, and knack for making guests feel like VIPs. And Olena, the breakfast host, made mornings feel like a friendly Italian family gathering — with better coffee and no arguments over who finishes the last pastry.If you’re planning a stay in Milan and want great service, a prime location, and staff who treat you like an old friend rather than a room number — Hotel Milano is the place.

The distance from Milano Central- however, it was worth it!

Good location near the canal district on Milano. Typical hotel room but met all of our needs.

I’m 6’3” so the showers were a bit small but other than that it was great.

All staff members were highly professional and very courteous and helpful with so many of my questions... The room was comfortable, but a little on the small side.And mattress could be a little softer. Breakfast was good, another egg dish would have made it even better. Extremely easy to grab a tram right outside the front.Door, the trams are wonderful, by the way, and a short walk to the canal.For dining and nightlife.

I was always back in my hotel room.By 9-9:30 at the latest due to not feeling safe as an older, solo female traveler to be out later than that in the area.. There were some moments of shadiness from people around the area.

The recipionosit is really nice and helpful :)The room was big, balcony had a nice view, price performance ratio was pretty good.

A couples of miles away from the central ststiom, but walkable distance to the dome and main attractions, restaurants nearby, sourandes by public transit. Great view from my room. Decent buffet breakfast, nice staff

Amir is such a nice and very polite person he is at the front desk checkin and checking out was so smooth all the staff at front desk they are assume , Amir customer service is number one , I really can’t tell enough of this hotel , I will definitely will stay at this property again , Amir at front desk did help me alot they did change my room because I told Amir it was small room he next day they changed my room, I will definitely recommend this hotel 100 percent

Location very convenient for metro/city transportation access to the numerous city sights and attractions. Extra plus is that its located at the lively Navigli neighborhood.

An unexpected suspension of tram line service which normally stops in front of the hotel during our stay. Disruption was due to transit maintenace service.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made restaurant suggestions and one staff member even suggested a visit to a lesser known but very adorable church with a fountain. The woman serving the breakfast was so kind and always made me a second cappuccino. Great little hotel in a fun neighborhood, easy to get around with the trams and subway nearby. A million thanks to the charming staff!

It is clean. The bathroom is perfect and we have all we needed.

Good location near the canals. Very helpful & friendly staff. A good room on the 1st floor with a small balcony. Great selection for continental breakfast.

We stayed only for one night but we had everything we needed inside the room. The biggest bonus was a TV with youtube - we could watch movies in our native language :) very satisfied with the room! We were also very satisfied with breakfast - a lot to choose from (fruit, pastry, cheese, ham, yoghurts etc).

Excellent location, right next to Tram line 3 which goes to the Duomo. Very clean rooms. No dust in sight. Spotless bathroom.Giovanni in the reception was very welcoming and took care to explain to us our options for things to do in the city. The other receptionists were also very welcoming and helpful with any requests or questions.

Noise: Because of the central location right on the Tram tracks, the whole building shakes when they pass. The hotel sits on top of a 24/7 McDonald's which attracts crowds and generates a lot of noise, even late at night. The rooms are not well insulated, especially the entrance door, and our room was directly facing the breakfast hall. We could hear our neighbours from the adjacent room and also people coming and going in the hallway. Simply no sound proofing. Impossible to fall asleep in the night and stay asleep in the morning.Quirks: Hotel entrance has sliding doors which are perpetually locked. The receptionist has to let you in. This is very annoying and weird for a hotel with 24/7 reception. On several occasions we had to wait for the receptionist to come back to the desk (we don't blame them directly), sometimes for many minutes, with heavy shopping bags. This is the case both in the morning and day, and at night.The bathroom door had a faulty latch. The gigantic sofa is simply unusable, extremely uncomfortable and not maintained, the inner structure is broken.The AC can both cool and heat, with a high end control panel. However, for some reason the cooling is disabled, and you need to request it to be enabled from the reception. Even when the control panel shows internal temp 29 C (Not kidding). We had to request it every night, because for some reason, it resets.

The location was excellent, the hotel clean and nice. Staff very friendly, breakfast was nice.
