Aparthotel Dei Mercanti

The location was perfection. It was difficult to find though and much more "private" than expected.

No one was on staff before 2pm check in time to drop off luggage-this wasn't in the description. Our hotel room/apartment wasn't ready until 4pm and our check in time was 2pm. Roaches were in the hotel room.

Location. Location. Location. The room had all the amenities we needed, except for a safe. It was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The kitchenette was a bonus. Super easy access to taxi stands and public transportation.

The elevator was touchy (not surprising based on its age) and the alternative was a lot of stairs.(the "hotel" starts on the 4th/5th floor of the building).

This is a premier Hotel in Zermatt. Great location and unobstructed views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Included breakfast was fantastic and the wait staff were so kind and helpful.

The management upgraded us to a bigger room which we appreciated. The hotel is very well located- a few mins from the Milan Duomo and also near metro stops.

The elevator is very small- just enough room for two people and is quite old- which can be an issue for claustrophobic people especially if they are not keen on taking stairs up and down.

SUPER NOISY!!! Tram is running through your room. And staff told me that is MY problem.We had two apartments, and SIGNIFICANT quality difference.

Apartment was a little small and tired but very comfortable bd the reception staff was wonderful.

The apartment was roomy and an ideal location, close to the Duomo.

The noise level from the streets was disconcerting if there were noisy people out late at night.

Checkin staff great, location perfect can't ask for a better spot. Restaurants, shopping is excellent. Room is a good size and comfortable.

It was right across from the Duomo and plenty of places to eat and shop.

Nearby to Duomo Cathedral, Metro, Restaurants and shops.

This is our second time 2022 and 2025 now, the location you can not beat, the staff , the owner , so helpful and wonderful. Room is clean every day. Had a wonderful experience.

There is nothing we did not like about this place.

i informed the receptionist that the AC is not working, its on but the room is not cold not even 1% so the staff came and he was being sarcastic that the AC is working and air is coning through and it was not, he told me that i have a problem since im not feeling the air

They advertise this as a hotel. It’s not. It’s Airbnbs. Check in is strictly at 3pm. They don’t have a bathroom or changing room in the “lobby”. There’s no lobby. They do have a service to store your luggage until 3pm. The a/c in the bedroom barely works. Be ready to be hot. The bathroom was cute. If they had a changing room at least and the a/c worked the accommodation wouldn’t be so bad. Also be ready to bring up and down your luggage through a floor is stairs.

Great location and friendly staff

Air conditioner didn't work property - kept turning itself off. Unfortunately we were there during a very hot period however lucky it was only one night.

Amazing location right in the centre of Milan, beautiful bathroom and comfy bed. Perfect place to explore the city and enjoy the sights. Nice place to come back to after a hot busy day exploring.

The check in is a little challenging with people coming and going and different businesses running out of the same check in, once you are checked in though all is amazing :)

The people (especially Hassan and Mamun) were wonderful and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful, immaculately clean and fresh smelling, safe, and central to important sites in Milan.

Only its location !

I was truly disappointed with this stay. The apartment and the entire building are very old and poorly maintained. The stairway is dark and uninviting, and while there is an elevator, it barely functions and feels unsafe. The apartment itself is outdated, not clean, and far from what was presented in the listing. The furniture is old, the facilities are worn out, and the general atmosphere is uncomfortable and depressing.
