Comfy bed, very clean, nice top restaurant and great breakfast.

The room was cold (they’ve forgot to switch on heater), it took some time to warm up. The location is in an area where you would not like to walk around the evening (ugly and feeling unsafe).

The rooms are nice and clean, spacious and with a peculiar design. Staff is super helpful and nice, and the breakfast is served on the last floor with a nice view of the city. Location is convenient given the proximity to the subway and Linate Airport.

The whole hotel feels rather damp, with the air conditioning barely cooling the room down. The common spaces are somewhat scattered around and hard to find, generally feeling unused giving the whole place a sense of desolation. The design has aged, and it shows, Breakfast was nice, but very basic.

Clean property, easy check in. Easy transportation via the metro into central Milano, it was good to be out of the hustle and bustle of Milano and close to Linate (15 mins)

As of April 2025, there was a nightclub across the road which was SO loud from 11pm - 5pm. The room has AC but it's centrally controlled and it was 25 degrees all night. We asked to be colder and they said they would see what they could do but never called back. You can't have the window open with the black out blinds closed. Very hot and loud night.

Hotel was very clean, close to the metro, with parking. Breakfast included, which was very good value for the price. Amazing staff!

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very close to the metro station and very easy to access to city center. They have free parking place - but it is not possible to reserve a spot. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was very quiet. Bathroom was very big.

Room Air conditioning seems not working, feel bit sultriness and the room smell little bit humid.

I am extremely surprised and thrilled by the hotel, very modern, very clean, very helpful and well-trained staff. I had only booked a single room but this is really big and has a very nice, large and extremely comfortable bed, large, well-equipped bathroom. Free water (still and sparkling) and free coffee. good selection in the mini bar, but what convinces me most is the fact that check out is only at 1 p.m. Can other hotel chains learn what customer service means.5 min away from Metro Station UDINE ( green Line ) very central

It rarely happens but nothing to complain about

The breakfast was great. All want we wanted and even more :) The room was very nice, comfy bed. The shower was interesting, but worked great. The Metrostation near was very very convinient.

Very modern, stylish and clean hotel. Also near a train station that drives through half of the cities famous spots.

Unfortunately the are is nothing special, you have to take the train somewhere.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were two (!) showers together so if a couple is in a hurry they can both take a shower at the same time, I haven't seen that before anywhere. Breakfast was really good with variety and exceptionally good bread and coffee; the price of breakfast was reasonable, and the dining room was bright and airy. The reception employees were pleasant and helpful.

Everything’s was dirty or broken.Mattress was very hard. Noise from street and in hotel. No good restaurant nearby.

We stayed in this hotel 6-7 years ago and enjoyed it very much when it was brand new at that time. After many years, we chose the same hotel as we had to stay in Milan only for one night. Unfortunately it was a bit torn down, so it wasnt like we expected to find it. Our room had too much of a perfume smell (it wasnt a bad smell but just too much of a nice room perfume which did not go away even when we left the window open for many hours). It was so strong that I couldn't fall a sleep, but the staff at the reception was really really helpful. They came and checked the room, confirmed that perhaps the cleaner sprayed too much odor to the room after cleaning and found us a better room in the middle of the night. Thanks a lot!!

WE GOT AN EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM A YOUNG WOMEN NAMED ILARIA AT THE DESK. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. THE ELDERLY PERSON IN BREAKFAST WAS ALSO VERY NICE.

Everything is clean, breakfast is good, hotel smells amazing.

When you book, they don’t tell you that parking is for just few vehicles so if you are lucky, you will have parking spot, and if your are not, you will need to park somewhere else

The design

First surprise was the size of the room, so small. Then the bed, 140cm large too small for two person. Instead of having a desk they use window shelf which is less than 20cm large. Second surprise, the ventilation noise in the room! Even with everything switched off I wasn’t able to sleep. I booked and paid for two nights, but we preferred to drive home after the first day instead of staying in a such a place. No reimbursement was proposed!I do not recommend this « hotel »

The location was fantastic. Parking included in price.

We were given a room on the first level with street noise. We requested a room change- which was accomodated. After the room change the safe didn't work (batteries were dead). We put some beverages in the fridge- the fridge didn't work. We requested them to fix it...they told me to see if it was plugged in (it was). We were out the entire next day (fridge issue not fiexed). They offered a room change but we were leaving the next day and opted to stay in the room.
