It is quite far from the city center, good for business travelers but not the most appropiate for Leisure

The staff were very helpful

The location is quite and close the the Centre

Clean, the staff at the dining are friendly and the young staffs at the reception, (except for the old man -do not know his name) , the room service is good

The front disk man was not welcoming at all ,, when we check in he let us wait in the lobby for 5 hours saying you only can check in at 3 ,, I have travlled around the world no hotel have ever let me stay like this even if we came before 3 ,, and the rooms were ready but he put in his head that no one will check until 3 !!!! , the day of the check out he charge us for extra breakfast even it was included in my reservation and I explained to him but his attitude toward me toward his other staff is bad and seems no one likes him,, I explained politely and he ignored me and charge my credit card and when I asked him he said I told you!!!! This was very bad experience and I do not think I will ever again come to Marriot . I have stayed in martiot in other city this was not the excpectation , but seems everything changes ,, and until today they did not retain the deposit

asked for double bed room and got a room with 2 small beds pushed together not my idea of 2 seperate beds this needs to be addreesed

staff front was amazing always and cheery and our room was always clean

The front desk is understaffed and it takes forever to check-in or check-out. Seems like many trainees are working there, with little knowledge about things

very dilapidated hotel. it supposed to be 4/5 stars when booked via booking.com, instead I found a very old style hotel. room very dated and uncomfortable mattress. hot beverage bar never refilled . gym consisted of a repurposed bedroom with no much equipments.

Air-conditioning is TERRIBLE. The hotel brought a fan to the room to make the conditions tolerable.

We came late & staff was very helpful to organise quickly . Have also now booked another night ina few days time & was able to store luggage . Most helpful

Although currently under renovations (the only reason this is not tap marks), the staff more than makes up for the ongoing work. Welcoming and kind, I had an injured foot and no three separate staffers each interacted with me to both encourage and see how they could help. The rooms are very clean and block out all outside light, and the beds are comfortable and I did not hear any neighbors. One of the best sleeps I have had in a hotel. Close to bus services that can take you into the center of town, the larger train stations, or the airports. For drivers it is well positioned

Basically the ongoing construction and the cost considering such could have been less

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and choice for everyone.Room size was good, there were 4 of us so we had the family room. Plenty of towels to cater for all of us.

Upon check in, the hotel ‘held’ an extra €150 extra to the actual amount to be paid for the stay. I found this unusual as normally the actual amount for the stay is taken and you’re informed that your card details are held in case there are any further charges. It was released after check out, but just something to be aware of.First morning at breakfast I had to go to reception to get authorisation that breakfast was included in our stay ( booking made included breakfast). I had to show my booking confirmation on my phone and they still sought approval from their finance department, seemed a little disorganised.Other than that, our stay was pleasant and the service received from the restaurant staff, especially the two ‘Monica’s’ was excellent.
