The location, the staff and the room were all excellent.

Loved the facilities, the staff were wonderful and accommodating with overall exceptional service.

Unfortunately there was construction so it was difficult to get to most places, especially with a taxi with so many detours. Also there was a concert happening at the same time and it can get too loud.

We stayed 3 nights the drainage smell in floor 4 was too bad. Plus trump noise was very bad we could’d sleep. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The price was very high for my expectation.

Breakfast was great - food-wise and service-wise. Room was spacious, luxurious and very comfortable. Quiet too considering it is on a busy street. Staff polite.

Service overall was a bit disappointing in comparison to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in. They were willing to accommodate requests only for hefty additional costs, which we thought unacceptable particularly given that the Spa was unavailable during our stay. The reception is all the way at the top of the hotel and lift wasn’t always available quickly. There were misunderstandings (miscommunications?) between staff on the ground floor and upstairs on the 5th. We were told to go upstairs so someone could show us to our room, only to have him take us to back to the lift. The next day we were locked out of our room and had to go upstairs for another key. 5 star hotels should function more seamlessly.

In the heart of town very very close to Teattro Alla Scala which was our proirity. The staff were excellent and very kind. I fell on my first night and the bellhops and doormen were extremely helpful getting us a first aid kit. Bravo!

We rented an Avis car and when we dropped the car off before checking in. We never valet the car with the hotel or anything so Avis said get the hotel to settled the bill for us. On the day we checked in, I brought it up. The concierge didn’t act with speed and seemed to say it was no importance. When we checked out two days later, suddenly I have to open accounts with the civil traffic authorities and pay a late charge of €22 euro since I had missed the 24-hour payment. Had I left it longer than a week, it would have been €75. This took a further three days to sort out in my absence as the concierge’s ineptitude made me late for my airline check-in. Palazzo Cordusio, can you please educate your concierge’s in this procedure? So it’s is taken care of on Day One of our stay and not a mad scramble when we checked out. This was the most disappointing thing.

It’s at a convenient location. Breakfast is good. The room is spacious.

Breackfast people, we ware waiting for a tea 30min (hot water?‍♂️), omlet they ware doing for 20min.... they need more staff

Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight, with dishes that reflected the finest of Italian cuisine.

The Jr Suite was uncomfortably warm the entire stay. Guests are not able to control the room temperature. The bed was VERY FIRM, the shower/tub/ towel bar configuration is non-sensical and impractical. Service was slow, very polite but not at all up to standard of 5 star. This was a very overpriced 3 star experience. I expect more then just a daily box of chocolates for a 5 star experience.

I did not like anything from your hotel, most of the facilities were bad.

First of all, the room was at the first floor and near the window the trains were passing and the noise was infernal. Windows were very bad quality, the noise produced of the train was insupportable, in the night was the worse. In the bathroom, the shower gel and shampoo were on the floor, there wasnt any support or a place to be seated. Secondly, the breakfast was the worse from all the hotels that i visited, and trust me i visited many luxury hotels. Povernes very much of products, i didnt see anywhere in the world. The bread was not available, butter too, fruits only few sortiments, cheese was only one type, that was not enough, the coffee was the worse, on the road the coffee was nicer hundread times than at your breakfast because you don t have an machine in your breakfast venue, the workers supposed to run to the other floor to bring coffee and tea, that is not normal. We ordered two fried eggs that came after 35 minutes, and there was nobody there except one person. We were your first customers after the opening of your hotel, and in the same day we reached there you did the inauguration party and didnt even invited your costumers. The hotel stuff were obliged to invite us at the party. In conclusion, our sejour was very bad, in order of that i would never repeat this experience.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Newly renovated and in a great central location this hotel is luxurious and charming. The staff were all friendly and welcoming while all the facilities were incredible. Can’t say enough how lovely a stay this was
