Duomo Hotel & Apartments

Perfect location, worth the money

would like to have an iron in the room and Ice machine on the floor

Location convenient

Old and dated. Not 4 star. More like 2.5 motel quality Charged extra for guest even using existing linens

The hotel was extremely close to downtown Milano. The staff was very professional and organized. They suggested an awesome restaurant for dinner and made reservations for us. The room was big and very clean. They gave us complementary water in our room.

Location was very central

Got no sleep due to ineffective cooling and minimal soundproofing. Contacted staff who were courteous but unable to fix cooling issue. Followed up several times after the trip via email to ask for compensation but no response. At $--/night expected more

Pros: Location, staff. Cons: Understand that this is not hotel. Its an apartment (flat). We checked in and found a coffee maker with no coffee. A tv with no remote. A/C that had not been turned on yet. The phone is hard to see from the ro

The night mgr. took the remote from the vacant room next door. Gave us 2 coffee pods, and explained that the owner had not enabled the A/C yet.We cooled the room by opening the window and the door. Do your self a favor, stay at one of the nice hotels.

Very accommodating staff and ideal location if you like to me in the middle of it all

Comfortability of bed and our room wasn't ready after checkin, but they wee extremely apologetic and fixed the problem immediately

The location

Location, location, location!

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Duomo, with shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions all within walking distance. The hotel is clean, and the lobby has a nice smell There are Arabic-speaking staff at the reception and in room serviceThe rooms are good, not very spacious.coffee, jelly sweets, and marshmallows , available in the lobbyOverall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The heater it's not working on all the room. There is no telephone on the room to reach the receiption in case something needed Other every thing it is good

Very neat, clean and quiet apartment hotel. Its just around the corner from the Duomo and shops , easily accessible from the train station, just half hour walk literally. Very neat, clean, and quiet apartment hotel.

Nothing really.

Location

had to change my rooms a couple of times because the drain in the bathroom didn't work

I highly recommend the hotel for its location, cleanliness and staff - no complaint

Clean, up to date, close to the city center!

The staff at check-in was rude to be honest.

The location was excellent. The room size was good, and the toilet and bathroom were nice. The breakfast was quite sufficient and enjoyable. The hotel’s location was much better than i expected, very close to the metro and the Duomo. For those who want to shop, all the stores are nearby. If I go to Milan again, i will definitely stay at this hotel without looking for another place.

The beds were small, and the bedding was not appropriate. The bed itself was small, and what they provided as a duvet was something like a thicker cover placed between two sheets. Sleeping was not very comfortable because the bed was small and the cover was unsuitable. In such a nice hotel, i would have expected a larger bed and a proper duvet on the bed.

Location, cleanliness and great location
