Good location , Duomo at 20-25min

The window was opening to a narrow street, so even in mid day I had to keep the lights on.

Absolutely horrible communication. messages are being responded with significant delay ( emailed questions at 8 pm, response came next day around 4pm) and not relevant any longer.

Very clean from top to bottom, surprisingly strong security.

The mattress is very springy on the single bed

The hotel is clean but has no eating facilities..in the neighbourhood there are some restaurants and cafe but a very local oriented and not geared to tourists

The room was good and very clean, there was a coffee machine, a small fridge, and TV screen.

The pillow wasn't comfortable, and I couldn't sleep well, the AC wasn't working well, the first day I asked for not having room service and there wasn't any sign I can hang it on the door but after I came back I found many things have been changed in the room, I asked again then they paid attention and no room service came again.Good neighborhood. Location is far from the center, but transportations are available, 10 minutes walking to the metro station, and 5 minutes to the tram.

Amazing staff, even if some didn't know english they found solutions. Room is cozy and bathroom was good. Very great price!

Great location, great area, beautiful historic building, extremely nice personnel, clean and tidy rooms! Shops, caffès, laundry, beauty parlours, language school, Bocconi University, pharmacy, Swimming pool- all are at the walking distance from the hotel. We really enjoyed it. I now know where to stay in Milan ❤️

Great hotel, in quiet part of Milano, very nice, classy, with friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice, big, very clean, with comfort bathroom, with TV, fridge, safe... little coffee machine, everything you could need as tourist. Hotel is five minutes by foot from nearest metro station (M3, Porta Romana), and M3 is directly connected with Central Train Station in Milano. Hotel is also less than 30 minutes far from Duomo, by foot, or 15 minutes from Navigli (Milano river/channels - place of evening and night life). Also, Via Bligny is street with enormous number of different restaurants where you can find whatever you want. Anyway, hotel Palladio is worth every euro you pay for it.

Great location, beautiful old buillding very pleasant room with big window and balcony, all equipment functional.

Because it is an old building sound isolation is not ideal.

It was very cold in the room.You need coins to operate vending machine in the reception. So if you’d like a bottle of water and don’t have cash you’ll have to go out

Everything was good, completely solid hotel, probably best value for money in central Milano. It's well connected via metro and close to city centre, there are a lot of shops and cafes around, 100% would recommend.

Very noisy thin paper walls like they where standing in my room.Ventilation, the drainage everything you could hear.It was old and functional but it looked clean.So the rating of 8+ is not the case for my room on the top floor (602)

I speak English and when I arrived the receptionist spoke Italian. She spoke to her her phone for translations. She did not get frustrated or treat me badly. She was very nice and helped me settle into the hotel easily. I appreciate that. Thank you.

Perfect location for our needs (close to a venue we had an appointment at), extremely good lighting in the bathroom for makeup and general self-care. There were courtesy shampoo & body soaps and a wall-fixed hairdryer.There was an extra wool blanket in the wardrobe, very much appreciated since in Italy it can be quite chilly in February.Very easy to come and go with the contactless room keys.

One star underestimates this nice and well-preserved hotel. Located in a central area, yet it's quiet at night.

The mattress was rather soft to my liking.

clean, room is okay, not too warm in winter though...staff is nice, but do not speak too well in english.

the bathroom outside is inconvenient, extra small, and ther is no space to put my clothes, etc anywhere...Location is so-so

Wonderful location (very close to the tram and metro station). Also, very warm, welcoming hotel staff, the receptionists were particularly helpful.

Nice staff, nice building and cheap. I would rate it more 3 stars
