Having red the reviews from other travelers, the bar was already set high and did they meet the expectation? for sure.The place is quite cool to be honest with a very lively social area on the ground floor which could be great place to get some work done during your holiday and enjoy a drink later on in the evening.The staff is quite friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel special in their own way.Found a box of Italian pastries waiting for me in my room on the first evening which surely brought a smile on.

Practically nothing, but the disposable cups in the room if replaced by proper glasses would add further gloss to the stay.

Lovely modern boutique hotel by the canal. Friendly, welcoming staff and an excellent location right next to the flea market and good restaurants. It’s the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway and my husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Getting a taxi was a bit challenging. Drivers kept canceling and even though the reception called taxis for us, we couldn’t get one.

A huge highlight was the very large private terrace, which completely elevated the experience and made the stay feel luxurious and unique. It’s rare to find such a space in a city hotel, and it really set this place apart.Breakfast was absolutely delicious — high quality, well prepared, and enjoyable from start to finish. The staff deserve special recognition: genuinely warm, professional, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. You can feel that guest experience truly matters here.We had an amazing time and would return without hesitation. This hotel didn’t just meet expectations — it exceeded them and turned our stay in Milan into something truly memorable. Highly, highly recommended.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, there was such a kind and helpful lady on reception especially who made sure we had great recommendations and delivered pastries for my birthday!!Loved the coworking. The bedroom was lovely and the free minibar a great touch. Super clean, plenty of towels.

The heating / cooling system only had a hot setting for us, maybe because winter, but we were quite warm at night.

I really enjoyed my time in this boutique hotel. The single bed room was plenty spacious for a solo traveler. Cool common spaces to be if you want to be "in" but don't want to be confined to your room.

I liked the fact that it was air conditioned especially since we were having almost 100 degree weather. Also having the pool to cool off in after an afternoon of walking and shopping. Wish the pool was open longer then 5:30pm. But also having the bar and restaurant pool side was awesome as well.

Pool closed too early. needed to cool down after a hot summer day of shopping and walking and the pool closed at 5:30 which was annoying.

Breakfast was good as was the location

The room was not comfortable floor drained. A shelf above where I put my clothes stuck out so I kept bumping my head Plastic water cups. Abd not enuf. Cheap toilet paper And was woken by front desk who mistakenly thought I had ordered something. I couldn’t fall asleep after so basically I paid a lot of money for a sleepless nite courtesy of the hotel

Bars around the area were very noisy and loud which continued until 4am. Sound proofing in the bedrooms was poor

Room was pretty empty, no extra chairs/table to seat normally, light is very dark

Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, street parking available. My daughter loved that there was a swing in the room.

room was very loud, you could hear street noise clearly as well as if somebody walked past the apartment on the floor.

Frederica was very kind and welcoming. She gave me restaurant recommendations and talked me through the facilities. The indoor gym space is a great idea

nice modern hotel with a beautiful roof top bar. comfy beds and great bathrooms. area can be lively at night but the rooms are quiet.

The smell of the cleaning detergent they used in lift and common areas spelt like a urinal. The hall ways were unnecessarily dark.
