Room felt like a relic of a classier era. Comfortable in a dignified manner, though outdated

Needs a renovation. Rooms are nicely appointed for their era, but feel quite out of date.

One of the male front desk reps was not real nice. And the restaurant hi highly recommended to us was terrible.

Close to the main station however this is not as big a benefit as I thought as that area is not so great.

Its a very dated run down hotel -- I do not expect plastic cups in a 4 star hotel -- no coffee available in the room or the lobby -- I would not stay here

So many devices! They seemed outdated, like high tech analog stuff, but I thought it was really neat! Also, the location, next to Centrale, is perfect for travel! Staff was nice, too.

The Bfast costs 15 Euros per person, but you don't really find that out until after you eat it. There is a price list next to the lunch/dinner, but not bfast, so you don't know until too late.

Bedroom immaculate, laundry facilities very impressive, front desk delightfully friendly and helpful.

Location was convenient to downtown/central train station with multiple close metro stops and easy walking options. The room featured some free mini-bar items. The spa tub was relaxing and the room had good views. Concierge service and wi-fi was helpful.

The parking fee was higher than desired. The temperature of the room upon arrival was very high and we were unable to effectively decrease it. Free breakfast was included, but not free packaged breakfast for those checking out early.

Location, taxi stand very close, car service to the airport, staff very helpful, room with jacuzzi tub, all excellent.

Best thing was Location next to railroad and few restaurants also close to metro station to go to center of city.

The hotel class is listed as 4 star but for my standards is more like a 3 star because of quality of beds which are small. Room size is ok and they did offer free water in room. Shower is hand held hose in a jacuzzi which didn't make sense to me.

Good location across the street from train station. The free breakfast included eggs, coffee, cereal, pastries, fresh juice and other items.

The rooms could use a refresh. While clean and comfortable, they felt a little dated.

The location across from the train station was perfect and the room was spacious.

Spa and amenities in the room.Electrical window shades, great breakfast buffet included, independent water fountain and spacious room.

The in room amenities like free mini bar and foreign newspapers were very nice and unexpected. The staff was extremely nice in having a bellboy take our luggage to train station 1 block away.

The wi gi in the room was very confusing to use and I could not use it.

Location, location, location, breakfast and friendliness of staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Mini bar is free, definitely a plus even though it is just soda, water and light snacks.

Not really. Will definitely stay here again when in Milan.
